Our operations have tried to reach the customer to resolve this matter via phone and email and the customer is not responding Please have customer return our calls and emails and we can attempt to resolve this matter

I talked with Ms [redacted] this morning This is resolved She explained when she rented the car she was expecting an overage of $2.50/day + tax and not the tax on the entire rental rate of $ The total of $ she was charged was more that she was expecting based on the taxes I apologized about the miscommunication and asked what I could do to make this right and she wanted to pay the $2.50/day plus tax I refunded the difference and she was extremely appreciative of the quick response and resolution Andrew Graesser Area Rental Manager Southwest Houston 832-689-cell 866-346-fax [email protected]

Since a sale on the card was not made for the rental, it can take up to days for the authorization to be released We contacted the customer and informed her that a sale for $ was ran and then immediately refunded for the same amount so that the authorization on the card will be released immediately

Truly, $is already a ludicrous sum to pay for less than hours of car usage, to be billed extra without explanation or prior knowledge is simply poor ethical business practicethank you [redacted]

We have reached out to the customer and [redacted] and [redacted] and both confirmed that they will not pay the invoice for the customer The customer has gone back and forth with both of them because they feel the repairs were not up to expectations and will not accept the stance from the insurance/collision partners [redacted] enterpriseholdings.com

Just got off the phone with the customer and he is happy with the outcome below Customer has received $from the insurance company for the rental billThat leaves a balance of $463.05, which the insurance issued a check to Enterprise that was sent to [redacted] Accounting will process the check and refund the customer of $ Brian S [redacted] Area Rental Manager 281-795-office [redacted]

I’ve spoken with Mr. [redacted] and we have refunded him for the day he was overcharged. I am also sending him a certificate for two free rental days. He was pleased with the resolution and will be rescinding his BBB complaint. He was already planning to rent from us again in the coming months... when his family travels to FL for a family vacation. I told him we would love to help with that rental for his inconvenience and offered the 2 days. RE: Case ID [redacted] This letter is responding to Revdex.com cmplaint, case # [redacted] Per the homeowners statement "connected two condensation lines backwards", it is impossible to connect drains backwards Customer also states "installed incorrect P trap" All Seasons Heating used ALL existing drain piping along with the existing drain pan All Seasons Heating DID NOT replace existing return air plenum box, all we were contracted to install was existing furnace, literally we lifed old furnace of plenum box, set new furnace on and reconnected drain pipe.Customer paid other contractor for new drain pan, plenum box and expects us to pay the cost?If we had been notified a few days after installation or even a few weeks later, I could justify complaint, however this system operatored for four months in extreme summer conditions without any complaints If the drains had not been connected properly there would have been hundreds of gallons of water drainage from the beginning of installation.After reaching out to the other contractor who remedied the situation, we have all come to the conclusion of a plugged condensation drain.I accept NO responsibility for damages caused by said restricted condensate drain HOWEVER, in keeping with our pledge of "doing whatever it takes" we will gladly refund the full amount of the dispute, 100% customer satisfaction is always our goal!I am enclosing a copy of the refund check.SincerelyDerrick L***
