An investigation was conducted and it was determined that the customer could not have caused damage to this vehicle The customer was notified by the Area Manager that she is not responsible for the damage to the vehicle and we will not pursue for damages

I have sent a note to the [redacted] telling to stop pursuing this customer for the claim We are cutting a check locally for the amount that the customer already paid so that the [redacted] does not have to get further involved Matt P [redacted]

We finally made contact with the renter today & we are refunding the money disputed

I
talked with Ms*** this morning. This is resolved. She explained
when she rented the car she was expecting an overage of $2.50/day + tax
and not the tax on the entire rental rate of $32.50. The total of $
she was charged was more that she was expecting
based on the
taxes. I apologized about the miscommunication and asked what I
could do to make this right and she wanted to pay the $2.50/day plus tax.
I refunded the difference and she was extremely appreciative of the quick
response and resolution.

Bob,
The customer has been contacted. We refunded the purchase of
the tire and were also able to extend his rental. We have addressed the
concern and the customer is happy with the resolution

customer called me in regards to the matter on Saturday afternoon and I set
her up with Eon Sunday morningUnfortunately it was after she had filed a
corporate concerns
I
followed up with her already this morning and she said that everything went
well with the
reservation yesterday and that Ron apologized for the inconvenience
Rightfully so, she stated that she was just frustrated that everyone kept
telling her no or didn't call her backShe's happy with the vehicle that she's
in and stated that she doesn't want anything free, but that she just wanted a
carApologized again and let her know that we would send her a free weekend
rental for future use

I
just talked to her. This was brought to my attention by Vee when Ms
*** dropped at 0670. I agreed to lower the price back to the
reservation rate and just charged her for the days at reservation rate.
I apologized for the issue and thanked her for bringing this
to my
attention. This ticket has now been closed.

The ARM left a voicemail with
the customer explaining that she should not have been pursued for the
damage. Another attempt to contact via e-mail has been made explaining
the same
