We did diagnose the customers air conditioning system and gave an estimate for the repairs and changed the customers oil. When she returned we did run a diagnosis for the codes stored in the vehicle and in no way related to the diagnosis we performed or the oil change.

The warranty that comes with the vehicle is with the manufacturer. The Dealership is only responsible for repairing and abnormal condition. The customers concern has been resolved and the vehicle was delivered back to the customer. We did not use any used or refurbished parts for the concern. The vehicle was repaired at no charge to the customer per FCA warranty guidelines. I'm the Service Manager and I spoke to her personally every day and updated her with the status of her vehicle.

I am rejecting this response because:
The vehicle is leaking now more than ever. Now it's is black liquid, clear liquid, and some multi color. I still am having issues steering at low speeds. Yes, the wheel vibration is gone but now the alignment is off and I was told that it would be corrected. I have an appointment for this Wednesday to bring the vehicle back, but O am not sure that this dealer can resolve the issues at hand. This may need to go to  BMW certified dealer for resolution!

The customer signed for her paperwork on July 19, 2016. She purchased it on May 23, 2016. All Star Dodge will send the customer a check for $50 to cover late fees between those dates and we apologize for the inconvenience.   The check will be mailed to [redacted]. She declined to have the repairs performed and refused to pay our diagnostic fee. We wrote off the charges back in June 2017. removing the steering wheel and there is no possible way the concern is related to the recall repair. This was reviewed with Chrysler and they responded the same way.

I have attached a copy of Ms. [redacted]'s buyers order and the receipt she signed certified mail on 7/19/2016 of the paperwork required for registration with the State. The car she purchased has a full warranty with Chrysler. She has been in for service and had all concerns addressed under the warranty.

[redacted] purchased a used 2015 Volkswagen Passat at All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram on 6/27/2016.  When purchased, the vehicle was out of the manufacturer's warranty as it already had over 36,000 miles on it.  The bank that financed the car, [redacted] Corporation, strongly...

advises that all vehicles financed through them include a service contract and GAP.  The service contract is optional, but if it is not included, [redacted] lowers the profit to the dealership to the point where we typically cannot move forward with the deal.  [redacted]e was the only lender that was willing to finance a vehicle for Mrs. [redacted] because of her credit.  So, if Mrs. [redacted] did not take the service contract with this deal, the deal wouldn't have happened at all.  Mrs. [redacted] has since called [redacted] and cancelled her Service Contract.  When Mrs. [redacted] purchased the vehicle at All Star, it came with our 30 day warranty.  But that obviously expired at the end of July.Since the vehicle is a 2015, Mrs. [redacted] should go to a local Volkswagen dealership to see if Volkswagen (manufacturer) would be willing to "goodwill" the repair to her trunk.
