All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Just wanted to let you guys know that all though the issue is not completely resolved, the dealership and I are working to fix the problem. January 17, 2018 I went back to the dealership because I still haven't received anything yet. There I met with the finance manager and GM to explain my situation and once again to see what's going on. After an hour or so of discussion I was issued a dealer tag until we can figure out what happened to the previously mailed paperwork. I will be sure to update you all with until the issue is completely resolved. I just want it to be noted that the as of two days ago, the dealership is making an attempt to correct the issue.

I am rejecting this response because: that will not still fix the issue I've being complaining for 4 mos. about this issue that was never my fault in the first place and now that I have contact this company I received a response 4 mos. later and still have this issues.
