I am rejecting this response because: As I have already handled this on my own through my bank months agoI do have to say, receiving a response almost months later is
absolutely absurdThis business did not resolve anything willinglyI had to go to my bank to get this doneWith that being said, this complaint is closed due to the fact that myself and my bank did the work.
