this response because: I filed a complaint on 7/27/The business agreed to mail me the products I boughtI accepted there offer and watched for the shipping confirmation numberI then tracked the orderI recieved the order 8/8/Upon opening the box there was only half my orderThey only sent me one of two purses I had orderedI immediately emailed them the issue and never heard backI couple hours later I recieved an automated email stating the order was recieved and if I had any questions please contact themSo I replied to their email and with no responseI then called and left a voicemail on 8/9/I still have not been called back or emailedI want the second purse and if they can't then I want a refund for the second purse plus tax refunded to my card

I ordered a purse and wallet set on July On July I received an email conformation stating my purse and wallet would be mailed in 4-business daysOn August I received another email stating it would be shipped the filling TuesdayThat is the last I have heard from them despite my many attempts to contact them

This order had preordered items and that is why it has not shipped yetWe were suppose to recieve our shipment in the first part of December but it has been delayedIf you do want to wait for the order, we can issue a 50% refund on the order for the long wait, if not we can issue a full refund on
the order

This order has shipped and was delivered July 23rd by USPS ***

A full refund has been issued on this order at the customers request

I have Thank you for assisting me in this matterThis "company" really needs to be shut downIt took me to wait from February to April to finally receive my items I paid for,
and going to the Revdex.com! And I didn't even receive the items I ordered!!! They also sent a check, which is from a personal account with the company nameI feel like they were paying me to just shut up! I highly recommend this business to be investigated for fraudI certainly will NEVER shop from them EVER AGAIN!!!! I'm telling everyone I know to stay away from them, so they won't have to go through all the misery I had to deal with

THe new replacement purse and return packaging had to be resent out today because it was returnedThe tracking for it is *** and should be delivered by the 12th

response because: I have made multiple attempts to contact this company regarding my purse I did NOT return the purse I ordered, I returned the WRONG purse that they originally sent to me I wanted the purse that I ordered I also have NEVER received an email from them asking about what address to send it to, and have copies of every email As of 08/02/no refund has posted to my account I did receive and email on 07/stating a refund had been made but nothing shows on my account I take high offense to the comment that they tried to contact me and I would like to see proof If they screwed up and sent the wrong purse and I returned it asking for the correct one I ordered- why would my address of changed? They are using stall tactics especially with ALL the emails I sent them asking for a shipping number when they told me it (my correct purse) was shipped out Sounds like their story keeps changing POOR BUSINESS TACTICS!!

The refund for the additional $has been sent out and USPS estimates delivery for August 15th

Our two and a half year old son Bentley did pass away on May 16th and his service and burial was on May 20th Dealing with this did delay orders because it was very unexpected and was a tragic accidentAt the customers request, a full refund has been issued on the orderThe refund was
issued in full to Visa ending in in the amount of $which was the order total in USD

a refund has been issued for the customers wallet at their request
