First off-BEAUTIFUL PACKAGING! My order arrived within days of ordering in mailing bag that resembled a Christmas wrapping paperTalk about Christmas in my mailboxThe purse and lingerie set I got are beautiful and excellent qualityI had a few questions before ordering and the owner was very pleasant and helpful with all of my questionsI will most definitely be recommending All Things Country to others!

I have placed a few orders with all things country and I just wanted people to know that they are a great companyMy latest purse from them is a rebel flag purse and it gets so many complements on itI get what I ordered withain a week or twoi have spoken with the owner a few times and she is super helpfulAll Things Country gets stars from me!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I filed a complaint on 7/27/The business agreed to mail me the products I boughtI accepted there offer and watched for the shipping confirmation numberI then tracked the orderI recieved the order 8/8/Upon opening the box there was only half my orderThey only sent me one of two purses I had orderedI immediately emailed them the issue and never heard backI couple hours later I recieved an automated email stating the order was recieved and if I had any questions please contact themSo I replied to their email and with no responseI then called and left a voicemail on 8/9/I still have not been called back or emailedI want the second purse and if they can't then I want a refund for the second purse plus tax refunded to my card Regards, [redacted]

So back in march of I had ordered things on different datesOnly a few days apart same address and same information I emailed them about the jeans I ordered, they were really good at getting to me to make sure the had the right size of my jeans along with when I should recieved themWe were talking through email and it workedBut my order about a belt I bought was on march 29th and now says its been filled since July 4th but here it is August 11th and I still haven't recieved my ordered or even heard from themI keep sending emails an just noticed today about this site and the phone number they have I personally called times and saids something about can't be reached but had my cousin check into it an said you can leave a voice mailI understand things take time but with a business that says would take about a week to get things shipped for me been waiting for months and still nothing and not even emailing me or callingwould like to know what I can do about this situation either send the belt that I have waited on or want my money back in full

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This complaint is not resolvedThe company said they sent the refund and a return address label on the 26th and provided that tracking number but when you bring up the tracking number it shows that the pre tracking information was received by USPS but that the package hasn't been mailed yet! This is an ongoing problem with this companyIt's been days since they said that they created that shipment and as of today USPS has no record of picking it up yet from the companyThis complaint is still open and I'm very frustrated Regards, [redacted] ***
