I bought a purse from all things country western, they charged my card immediately, but after days of not receiving the purse I sent an email asking them how long it takes to receive my purchase, I was told "6-days." When I finally got my purse, the first day I used it, the strap brokeThere is no information on their site to call anyone, just emailI emailed them and have not gotten a response from them

I ordered a purse on 9/and was told that my order would ship in 4-daysOn 10/ I contacted themThey replied "you didn't get our email saying that it was on back order?"
