As requested by the customer, a full refund has been issued on this order
Two more wallets have been sent out to the customer. The tracking for both wallets is [redacted] and should be delivered by September 17th
Order a number of items from them. Received all but one. Was told it was on back order. Months later order still not filled. Shows filled on there website. Multiple attempts to contact them since and no response.

I am rejecting this response because:A check was never sent. I tried to email to...
make sure they sent it to the correct address and they said yes. Obviously not, because I never received it. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to receive my refund 4 months after the purchase. Ridiculous.
