I am rejecting this response because:  I...

have shared with Allstae the amount of water, apporixmately 800 gallons, necessary to come in the window and get to the pump is unreasonable.  This means the pump failing is NOT related to the window leak.  They are also claiming they are going by what my contractor said to the inspector.  The contractor has been fired.  I also pointed out that the contractor is NOT the insured. It is MY house, MY claim, MY damage, and MY money that's paying the premiums.  I have asked for another inspector to come out and meet with me and Allstate has refused to reconsider the inspectors decision.  Ironically, they're stating that the decision is largely based on my former contractor's statements, yet they failed to accept the estimate submitted by the contractor and insisted they needed to inspect it themselves.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I have spoken tomedical mutual which I have had for over 15 years with no gaps in coverage.  They think they may have submitted  wrong id# that they billed. Medical mutual also states never got bill either ??Also not one person there told me what it was for or if I can make payments. Girl at front desk couldn't them me ??! They just said I owed it and could not have my son seen because of this so this is a lie!! Perhaps they should train the staff better to let patients know what they owe and for what?!! And to double check the billing entry on card. I never received a bill and nor did medical mutual and I have active coverage for over 15 years.
