I am rejecting this response because:The complaint with the Insurance Division is independent from my complaint hereThat is for the state to crack down on the fradulant business of Alllstate's agent in Framingham, Mr*** *** ***My complaint here is primarily aimed at informing other consumers about the way Allstate does business and seek refund and apology from AllstateUnfortunately, your response does not address any of the items laid out in the Revdex.com complaint and would not be acceptable.

You have essentially presented the following concerns in your complaint:
You are not in agreement that you contributed 10% liability in this loss and you are looking for reimbursement for the 10% of your damage estimate and rental
At this time the file has been reassessed and all pertinent documents have been reviewed including the recorded statements and damage photosIn your statement you advised that you were pulling forward into a parking space and you were struck by the other vehicle that was reversing out of a spaceYou did advise that you did not see the other vehicle and were unable to take action to avoidOur initial assessment and settlement was based on the comparative negligence law taking into consideration that you did not see the other vehicle or take action to avoid however upon the reassessment of your claim the damage photos reveal that you were struck in the right rear quarter panel and door of your vehicleBased on the point of impact it is understandable that you would not have seen the vehicle since it is out of your line of sightAt this time we are accepting 100% liabilityWe had issued 90% of your damage estimate and rental and at this time we will be issuing you the difference of $for your damage estimate and $for your rental feesThe total amount of the payment that is being processed at this time is $

I am rejecting this response because: I did  submit complaint but it 1. did NOT ADDRESS the issue of me not recieveing the correct policy from the very beginning2. It did NOT ADDRESS the situation of the policy not beING valid because it was signed by false signaturesTHIS WAS THERE RESPONSE TO ME SO THOSE TWO ISSUES NEED TO BE ADDRESSEDIn general, the Department does not have the authority to determine the benefits that are available from a contract of insurance. This means that we cannot make prohibitions to the coverages (benefits) offered  in a homeowners policy and we also cannot review a contract to determine if a claim should be paid; the coverages offered are at the discretion of the insurer and outlined in the contract. When a dispute arises between the insured and insurer as to whether or not a benefit should be paid under the homeowners insurance policy, the courts have sole authority to determine such. In closing, if you feel that your contract does not clearly outline the coverages available, then I suggest you reach out to an attorney to see if s/he both agrees and can make a case for your concerns. If you go that route, and you receive a decision or judgment in your favor, please provide a copy to our Department for review. These are the two issues that I am addressing with the Revdex.com
