Alluracell Eye) on a day trial basis back on 12/31/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $The trial expired on 01/14/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 01/19/$for the Alluracell Skin and $for the Alluracell Eye Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 01/19/and requested for the subscription to be cancelledWe immediately granted her request and cancelled her account.Customer had also requested they be refunded our Customer service informed customer to return shipment in order to receive the desired refunds, which the customer has yet to do so However the account was flagged as a charge back and the customer’s credit card company resolved it in our favor, regardless we are happy to refund in this instance.A check refund will be issued for both charges,$for the Alluracell Skin and $for the Alluracell Eye We apologize for any inconvenience

I was never informed by the company that I have to cancel the order within a time limit. It said it was a trial offer for which I paid shipping and handling. When I saw the charges in my credit card is when I realized they had charged me, which I never authorized. I would have never consented to such outrages charges for such small product that looked more like a trial size.Thanks,[redacted]
