conditions explaining that they are paying for the shipping and handling fees and if they don’t cancel the trial within 14 days, not only they get charged for the full price of the trial product, they also enroll in a monthly membership program to receive the product every month until they cancel.According to our records, customer ordered our product (the Alluracell Skin) on a 14 day trial basis back on 01/05/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97. Her trial expired on 01/19/2016 and due to the fact that she didn’t cancel her trial she was charged $89.97. The following month on 02/18/2016 she was charged again $89.97 and another product shipped out.Customer finally contacted our Customer Service on 03/03/2016 and requested to cancel her account and get a refund. We immediately cancelled her monthly subscription and issued a 50% courtesy refund for the amount of $44.99.We feel for our customer concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus as requested on the complaint we will be providing full refunds for the remainder of the charges for a total amount of $134.95. acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Alluracell Skin and the Alluracell Eye) on a 14 day trial basis back on 12/31/2015 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.97 and $4.97. The trial expired on 01/14/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 01/19/2016 $89.97 for the Alluracell Skin and $85.97 for the Alluracell Eye .Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 01/19/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted her request and cancelled her account.Customer had also requested they be refunded our Customer service informed customer to return shipment in order to receive the desired refunds, which the customer has yet to do so . However the account was flagged as a charge back and the customer’s credit card company resolved it in our favor, regardless we are happy to refund in this instance.A check refund will be issued for both charges,$89.97 for the Alluracell Skin and $85.97 for the Alluracell Eye . Her trial for the eye cream expired on 02/05/2016, and due to the fact that she didn’t cancel, she was charged $85.97 and her autoship program took effect.Customer finally contacted our Customer Service on 02/22/2016 and cancelled her account. Then on 02/23/2016 she sent us an email requesting a refund which we granted.We feel for our customer concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, however we are certain that we already issued a full refund of $85.97. We also gave customer courtesy refunds of 50% for the $89.97 and $85.97 charges which customer accepted. We feel for our customer concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing the remaining refunds for the amount of $44.98 for Alluracell Skin and $42.98 for Alluracell Eye. Customer finally contacted out Alluracell Skin and requested a cancellation on 01/13/2016 which we did. We feel for our customer concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be sending out refund checks to customer for the December charge for the amount of $89.97 and for the January charge for the amount of $89.97. According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Alluracell Skin and the Alluracell Eye) on a 14 day trial basis back on 02/07/2016  and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.97 and $4.97. The trial expired on 02/21/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 02/21/2016 $89.97 for the Alluracell Skin and $85.97 for the Alluracell Eye. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The customer had been enrolled in our autoship program since 03/22/2016. The customer was continuously charged and shipped more product every month. Customer had not contacted us to cancel their autoship program. Therefore, on 08/22/2016 the customer was charged for both products in the amount of $49.95 for the Alluracell Skin, $48.95 for the Alluracell Eye, and shipped out more two products. Along with that on 09/21/2016 the customer was charged again for the Alluracell Skin in the amount of $49.95, $48.95 for the Alluracell Eye, and shipped out two more products.
Customer contacted our Customer Service on 09/21/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Customer then requested a refund. Our customer service had issued a courtesy refund of $17.13 for the Allura Skin and $17.13 for the Alluracell Eye charged on 08/22/2016 which the customer accepted. However, we feel our customer concerns, thus we will refunding the remaining refund of $32.82 charged on 08/22/2016 and $49.95 charged on 09/21/2016 for the Alluracell Skin. We will also be refunding the remaining refund of $31.82 charged on 08/22/2016 and $48.95 charged on 09/21/2016 for the Alluracell Eye. Here are the refund confirmations:

A refund was also issued for the charges on 02/10/2016 $89.97 for the Alluracell Skin and $85.97 for the Alluracell Eye.Customer contacted us again on 03/25/2016 and had requested an addition refund our customer service honered her request and issued a refund for the charge on 01/10/2016 $89.97 for the Alluracell Skin and $85.97 for the Alluracell Eye. We feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, however we have already issued refunds for the disputed amounts. We issued a courtesy refund for the latest charge for the amount of $85.97 for the month of February.
