Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Complaint ID: [redacted]  font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, they are given the terms and conditions explaining that they are paying for the shipping and handling fees and if they don’t cancel the trial within 14 days, not only they get charged for the full price of the trial product, they also enroll in a monthly membership program to receive the product every month until they cancel.According to our records, customer ordered our product (the Alluracell Skin) on a 14 day trial basis back on 01/05/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97. Her trial expired on 01/19/2016 and due to the fact that she didn’t cancel her trial she was charged $89.97. The following month on 02/18/2016 she was charged again $89.97 and another product shipped out.Customer finally contacted our Customer Service on 03/03/2016 and requested to cancel her account and get a refund. We immediately cancelled her monthly subscription and issued a 50% courtesy refund for the amount of $44.99.We feel for our customer concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus as requested on the complaint we will be providing full refunds for the remainder of the charges for a total amount of $134.95. Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days. Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.--[redacted]Customer Suppoort | Alluracell Skin RestoreImmediate Assistance 24/7* [redacted]

This company is not up front with their sales of trial products. My wife purchased two products with them as a trial issue. When I went to their website to see what their terms and conditions are for trial issues there were none. I am thinking their terms are disclosed after you give them your credit card information.I don't know why they can't be up front on their terms and conditions. When they billed my wife for two shipments of which they credited our account for one shipment after we cancelled , we called them and they informed us we did not notify them in the 14 day period after the original order, which took 7 days to arrive. Once they have your credit card info you are kinda stuck with the order I believe. I certainly was not going to offer credit card info just to see their terms and conditions, I believe that information should be available up front. This lesson cost us 175.94 . Maybe this info will help you decide whether or not to do business with this company .I know for us it has been a valuable lesson for any orders we may place online in the future. What is the old saying" BUYER BEWARE"

This business offers you a free trial of their skin cream. They claim all you have to do is pay the postage and handling. They make this trial seem that you can use the whole sample and if you don't like the product thou can return it. What you find out is that the trial is only for 14 days and if you don't tell them you don't want it they charge you the full amount for the skin cream sample you received, plus the shipping and handling. I talked to the company and they told me it was in the terms and conditions. The site I ordered from did not mention that you would have to pay for the entire sample. I feel this company is using misleading sale information. How can you say the trial is free and then charge you for thee whole sample.
