Safelite does not want to accept liability on behalf of their mistakeThey are denying that it was their representatives' lack of experience and training that resulted in further damage of my windshield

Dear Mr [redacted] , I’m very sorry that the back glass we installed on your Saturn Aura has “dips” or defectsI understand that we ordered several pieces of glass and they all had the same defectsUnfortunately, we were not able to locate a different manufacturer to provide the glass. Safelite will be refunding you the entire amount paid for the back glass installation, $A check request was submitted today and the check should go out in the mail no later than Thursday October 20thPlease allow 7-business days to receive the check in the mail. I am not a glass expert, Safelite isIf the OEM was needed in the first place, they should have advised me to get the right equipment from ***The vehicle is now at a body shop where it has been evaluated by [redacted] and I am waiting to hear back on their decisionI didn't take the car to the dealership as I stated because [redacted] took over with the claim but I am sure Safelite will continue to be involved as they likely damaged the camera system and now I have been without my car for a month.? You guys are unbelievable Unbelievable.Read this carefully Try to read what I write here...I paid for mobile service on Sep My problem isn't with your technician who came at the appointed window frame of - My problem is you people said to me that you will call me to narrow down a time within that window when he or she would show up YOU DID NOT.Your customer service sucks!You also told me that you would send someone to my location to fix my window wiper fluid jets THAT YOU BOTCHED, but you "would call me back on Thursday to narrow down a time frame that is already set for am - noon on Sep (Saturday)YOU DID NOT CALL I have been calling all week to get a narrowed timeframe and you want me to drive my car to your shop so you can fix the mistake YOU made to my car? Are you going to refund me my $mobile charge I already paid for the convenience of you coming to my location? Dear Mr [redacted] , I’m very sorry that you have new windshield damage on your Volkswagen GolfWhen we replaced your windshield in November we provided a national lifetime warranty for any material defects and our workmanship as long as you own the vehicleUpon inspection, it was determined that your windshield was struck by an object that caused the new damageThis is not covered by the warrantyI have included a copy of the warranty for your records Some of the items that are covered by the warranty are: Air leaks Water leaks Loose moldings Defects in the glass, such as distortion Cracks that are not caused by an object striking the glass Because the damage to your windshield is not due to a material defect, we would recommend that you contact your insurance provider and file a claim for the new damageAgain, it is unfortunate that you received new damage to your windshield so soon after it was installedSafelite does appreciate your businessIf you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at 1-866-212-

Dear Mr. [redacted] , I'm sorry to hear about damage to the cowl of your 2013 Volkswagen Passat. In reviewing our files, we did find that the technician documented the damage on the preinspection at 2:48PM on September 18, 2015. In addition, a picture of the damage was taken and time-stamped at 2:47PM... on September 18, 2015. Both the preinspection and the picture of the cowl are attached and were documented prior to the technicion removing the damaged windshield of your vehicle.
