their concerns on April 20th, We are still working with the utility company to
get customers meteredNorandex should fix window this week and call

I am rejecting this response because:I have attached the forms I signed. As you can see, on the forms I signed, the name of the company is *** ***y Solar, the license number is TECL# ***, Mr***'s email address is b.***@***.com, the PTC Rating (watts) is 245.9, and the Rebate Amount is $11390.09. On the copy you have, you can see where the company name was altered on page and of the agreement. It is evident that the name of the company had been whited out, as part of the title Contractor/Business Name is partly hidden where the name was changed and on page where the manufacturer/installer name was also changed. As you can see, on the forms I sent in, the amount of the refund I was expecting was $and that is in print on both page and page 3. These forms were changed after I sent them to Mr***. My biggest issue now, besides the difference in rebate I was expecting, is that a legal document that I signed with CPS, was altered and not sent back to me for a new signature with an explanation as to why changes needed to be made, it was just altered and sent in.

I am rejecting this response because: Hello, as I discussed with ***, panels will not provide enough extra production to justify conversion from gas heating to electric. Also CPS the local utility is only paying cents per kilowatt for over production per month. So, thanks for looking into to this alternative, but I respectively decline. As I understand it, *** will try and send $per week until everything is paid off

I am rejecting this response because:#There exists an email trail showing more attempts to contact beyond the 12/22/emailThat email was about the rebate, and secondly, a roofing estimate.#The rebate was due months after the installIt is now monthsThe rebate is months overdue, and the funds are now on hold until some indefinite future date.#There was no notification for the reason of any delay until a complaint to the Revdex.com was submitted And then the only response we have received was through this website, and no contact personally.I would prefer to leave this complaint open until the money is received, and in some show of good faith, I would like updates about the progress of this issue from the company

I am rejecting this response because:As has been the case since I started working with *** / Altitude Marketing, this response shows little concern for the consumer as well as their lack of follow-through with offers outlined and agreed to during the initial transaction/sale I am extremely unhappy with this as well as the Company's prior response as neither made the slightest attempt to address my specific requests I would like to use this forum to formally state my plan to take legal action against the Company if I receive any communications stating that the Company has taken me to collections OR if my credit report reflects any such action Additionally, I'd like for my story to be heard I'd like for Revdex.com to take action against the Company with a negative review / rating and I am happy to provide any further information to assist with that process It is my belief that the Company should not be allowed to sell products and/or services to consumers in the state of Colorado
