We as a company had to take over for the [redacted] location and are trying deseratly to repair this. I do not have a date for your rebate yet. We are aware of the monies owed to you. I do not want to give you a date unless I am 100% sure that it will get to you. I know that you have been very patient throughout this process and we do appreciate this. I do have the ones that the customer signed showing the amount several times. This was the amount that the customer received. I am rejecting this response because:I cannot accept a resolution that is a promise of some thing that is going to happen or I should be contacted in the future.  I would be happy to talk to someone directly if there are any questions but after four months of being told that the work is going to happen or the compensation is going to happen and then nothing I will not accept a resolution of someone will contact me or the work should be completed by a date in the future.  The only acceptable resolution for me to follow through completely on the actions stated.

Hello,We understood that the customer was upset, we did provide a discount to their project in the amount of $2000.00. We also sent them a check in the amount of $400.00 for loss of production. We completely understood their frustrations. As fot the CPS rebate it was first sent to the installers,...

then they had to send it to us. We then process this and it can take some time. CPS holds payment off of the rebate for final inspection, cost of lineman and commission. We are satisfied with the resolution because we received the $7500 we had been guarantied in the contract. As for the check it MAY HAVE BEEN mailed on Sept 23rd but we did not receive it until Oct 28th. The envelope the check came in is Post Marked Oct 26th. I am rejecting this response because Altitude Marketing took no action to resolve this complaint beyond what they had taken before we filed the Revdex.com complaint. We still haven't received our rebate, and as stated before, keeping our rebate for more than 60 days is still unacceptable. Definitely not a consumer friendly company where we're concerned, regardless of their prior Revdex.com rating.
