We have made numerous attempts by customer service, collections and the production manager to contact the customerWe have been trying to contact the customer for his final payment, there was no response made by himA delay letter was sent on April 6th We did provide a read email
showing that he read it on April 7th Right after reading the letter he finally called collectionsMr *** had only mentioned he was waiting for his utility meterI explained as it is written in his contract, that we have completed his job with all items listed as completedWe have submitted all items to the utility company for the meterThat part is now out of our handsHe then agreed to send in the final check of $27,by mailHe never mentioned any other concernsInstallation can take up to five months, he was installed within monthsI have provided the emails between the company and Mr***Please, let me know if you need additional information.
