Replaced an existing 13 year old 'Carrier' heating and A/C residential system with 16 SEER 'Lennox' equipment, through 'Ambient Edge'. I was very favorably impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and performance of all members of the Ambient Edge team. The work-ethic and expertise of the installation team was nothing less than amazing! While I failed to record their names, I can name the following team members with whom I dealt, Brain A., Aaron B. and Arlene A., whose performance was equally commendable. I have over the past 10 years, had many dealings, both residential and commercial, with Ambient Edge and never been disappointed.

Ambient Edge was called to repair a coolant leak in our server room. Kevin, our service technician was professional, personable, and thorough. I highly recommend Ambient Edge.

This company was contacted by my home owners insurance company to inspect my air conditioning unit after it went out over the 4th of July weekend,. 5 days later, they never showed up for their appointment nor called. I called them,my insurance company, and the adjuster. Apparently, according to Ambient Edge, there was a mix up in their scheduling, and they wouldn't be out until the next day. This is unacceptable after we have had to move appointments around to fit their 4 hour time frame on the date they had given us to be available at our home, not to mention the 100+ degree temperatures that we have had at the time. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE to use. I am extremely disappointed in the scheduling and commitment to customer satisfaction.

My experience with Aaron B[redacted]and the technicians who installed my system was definitely positive and I would recommend the local Ambient Edge to friends.

Ambient Edge has been very helpful at trouble shooting our mini split a/c unit and helping us with the company we purchased it from. We will call them with all of our future air conditioning needs.
