Our heater went out on a Saturday. I had called several companies and they never called back, although they had emergency voice mail and numbers to call. Monday afternoon I called Anbient Edge. Hoping they could come out the next day. [redacted], a Tech Specialist called us back at 4:00. By 4:30 he was at our house. [redacted] was extremely pleasant & professional. BY 4:30 we nice & cozy! He also provided us information on all the other services they provided. Because of [redacted] we have a very good impression of Ambient Edge & will definitely refer him & we will call them again in the future,

We had a technical specialist from Ambient Edge in to service our air conditioner. He was prompt and courteous. He and his helper were professional and thorough. He explained what they did , and what they observed, and, as the unit is on the roof, he was kind enough to take a couple pictures for me. I was very pleased with his service. He was honest and I would be happy to have him back, when needed.

Ambient Edge's employee Aaron B[redacted] was an excellent rep for the company. He was efficient and on time with his appointments.
He gave me choices that I could make and solutions for any problems. I was very pleased.

Since our heating and air conditionong system was very old we decided it was time to get a new system from Ambient Edge Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. We are very satisfied with their service. I was surpriced that the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one took only less than one and a half days. Both the Technical Specialist Ray V[redacted] and the Installation Technician Rocky V[redacted] are very knowledgeable and explained the system thoroughly. Will continue to use Ambient Edge for our heating and air conditioning service.

Rodney came in,performed efficient service and was out in no time.

Billy B[redacted] came to my residence to professionally evaluate my larger garage space and cubic volume to arrive at the proper tonnage required to cool/heat. Next he arrived at the most cost effective manner/efficiency value to install the equipment.

With Billy's high quality professional demeanor, and customer care it was the first time I'd experienced this "red carpet" customer friendly treatment from any HVAC company. Am impressed with Ambient Edge and will continue to utilize their services after the installation.

We had Steven R[redacted] from Border Plumbing, Heating & Air service our heat pump and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. He was very pleasant to deal with.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Ambient Edge and namely, technical specialist [redacted]. [redacted] showed up very promptly and was very professional from the start. [redacted] was very good about telling me exactly what he wanted to do to fix my central air unit. He presented me with options and clearly let me know the price of the fix before he performed it. [redacted] not only performed well from a business standpoint but he was also very pleasant. As any customer can relate, having a stranger in your house can be somewhat unnerving and awkward, but [redacted] was a pleasure to have in our home. He was very friendly to my children, my wife, and yes even my pets. I look forward to using Ambient Edge for all of my HVAC needs and if possible asking for [redacted] by name.

I was pleased with the service we received.

I had my propane furnace and AC replaced with a heat pump plus replacement of duct system. Billy their sales rep was very helpful with his evaluation and suggestions. The job was a bit of a challenge as the home is 30+ years old with DIY installations. All the installers were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Would recommend to anyone.

Replaced an existing 13 year old 'Carrier' heating and A/C residential system with 16 SEER 'Lennox' equipment, through 'Ambient Edge'. I was very favorably impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and performance of all members of the Ambient Edge team. The work-ethic and expertise of the installation team was nothing less than amazing! While I failed to record their names, I can name the following team members with whom I dealt, Brain A., Aaron B. and Arlene A., whose performance was equally commendable. I have over the past 10 years, had many dealings, both residential and commercial, with Ambient Edge and never been disappointed.

Art spent two days at my home. He first helped install the new units and the second day he alone performed the duct seal.Not only did he do outstanding work he was a pleasure to be around. He is hard working,detail oriented, and an outstanding sense of humor. Ambient Edge is lucky to have such a professional man as this in their employ. Thanks for assigning him to my job.

[redacted] always has a cheerful attitude and is always prompt in scheduled time.
