Steve and Art did a great job installing our new AC unit today. They were both so friendly and kept a positive attitude even though we ran into a few issues from past AC unit. I have three dogs and Art and Steve were so friendly with them too. I'd recommend Ambient Edge to anyone and will continue to call them in the future for assistance.

Chris F[redacted] performed a spring tune-up on my ancient A/C unit. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and didn't waste any time getting the work done.

[redacted] always has a cheerful attitude and is always prompt in scheduled time. He is one of the most knowledgeable persons in his field that I have ever had and he is always willing to listen to some of my ignorant questions and always takes the time to explain the working of the unit. Billy B[redacted] came to my residence to professionally evaluate my larger garage space and cubic volume to arrive at the proper tonnage required to cool/heat. Next he arrived at the most cost effective manner/efficiency value to install the equipment.

With Billy's high quality professional demeanor, and customer care it was the first time I'd experienced this "red carpet" customer friendly treatment from any HVAC company. Am impressed with Ambient Edge and will continue to utilize their services after the installation.

Just wanted to say that Billy was a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable and was a true professional, I enjoyed his expertise! The installers Ray and Rocky also are great! They installed the equipment and were very tidy and clean, the work was done right the first time and they have great costomer relations! We had a technical specialist from Ambient Edge in to service our air conditioner. He was prompt and courteous. He and his helper were professional and thorough. He explained what they did , and what they observed, and, as the unit is on the roof, he was kind enough to take a couple pictures for me. I was very pleased with his service. He was honest and I would be happy to have him back, when needed.

Our heater went out on a Saturday. I had called several companies and they never called back, although they had emergency voice mail and numbers to call. Monday afternoon I called Anbient Edge. Hoping they could come out the next day. [redacted], a Tech Specialist called us back at 4:00. By 4:30 he was at our house. [redacted] was extremely pleasant & professional. BY 4:30 we nice & cozy! He also provided us information on all the other services they provided. Because of [redacted] we have a very good impression of Ambient Edge & will definitely refer him & we will call them again in the future,

We called at the last minute as AC went out and he came out within 2 hours as they were really busy and had people ahead of us, we just moved here and did not know what to do, it was 116 degrees on a Saturday night about 6:45 and they actually close at 7:30, but Rodney came and fixed our problem in about 15 minutes and good to go. I thank him so much for his service and is efficient, quick and excellent service!! Fantastic service and friendly also!! I would recommend the company and Rodney to anyone. Great Job!!

Kyle was the rep who assisted us. He was very professional and knowledgable of his profession. He is an outstanding employee who seems to give 100% to his efforts to satisfy the customer.I highly recommend Kyle and his company.

3 yrs ago, I almost sued a a/ c company for charging us almost $1000 of repair yet when I asked for a sevind opinion, the repair guy from church, told me that what was written on the receipt was all a lie. He moved to abother city and so inthought Ambient Edge might be a good choice bec I see their trucks all the time. Maybe doing a good job...

So we signed up for this 2x a yr maintenance. The technician who comes here are polite, prifessional. Today Brian ashjorn came to fix my a/c. Polite. Professional. I told him about how my husband was shocked of the mark up when we paid t have the motor replaced. I was civil. He was polite. So I paid andhe left and even left the capacitor.

Then I googled the price of it.

6pm on a Sunday evening, my A/C goes out and it is 117 degrees. My husband is a heart patient and cannot tolerate heat. I call the people that I normally do business with and no one calls me back. I call Ambient who advertises in the [redacted] that they have 24 hr. service and within 5 minutes [redacted] calls and says he will be there within 1 hour, he is at my home within 45 minutes and diagnoses the problem quickly and even has the part on his truck. He speaks with the Home Warranty person and she approves the repair and [redacted] complies with all the necessary billing stuff so I can get reimbursed. He is kind, and very helpful with a detailed invoice and even helps me get it emailed to the Home Warranty company. He also fixes a problem that should have been fixed by my previous repair a/c contractor that could have cost me a huge problem later. I will call ONLY Ambient for all my heating and cooling needs and I hope they always send [redacted]!! He was an incredible professional!

1) Kyle E[redacted] was extremely helpful in providing A/C purchase information and financing options. We live in Arizona and are experiencing summer weather registering in 3 digits. Kyle provided us with units we could afford and installed in a very timely manner.

2) Jesse S[redacted] & Rocky installed the units. My husband cannot say enough about these young men. The units (2) were installed in the same day. They both knew their business, very efficient and knowledgeable about the installation. Cleanup was beyond our expectations. Thank to both Sales and Install Techs.
