Ambient Edge Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

I had my propane furnace and AC replaced with a heat pump plus replacement of duct system. Billy their sales rep was very helpful with his evaluation and suggestions. The job was a bit of a challenge as the home is 30+ years old with DIY installations. All the installers were knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Would recommend to anyone.

Ambient Edge's employee Aaron B[redacted] was an excellent rep for the company. He was efficient and on time with his appointments.
He gave me choices that I could make and solutions for any problems. I was very pleased.

Art spent two days at my home. He first helped install the new units and the second day he alone performed the duct seal.Not only did he do outstanding work he was a pleasure to be around. He is hard working,detail oriented, and an outstanding sense of humor. Ambient Edge is lucky to have such a professional man as this in their employ. Thanks for assigning him to my job.

Ambient tech Rodney O[redacted] conducted a thorough and very professional service call today at our house. We are more than satisfied with the advice given re preventative maintenance concerns, and will definitely request his return.

[redacted] did the semi annual inspection on our HVAC. He was very polite, thorough and informative about the condition of the system and any improvements that may help improve it. He found and replaced a leaky valve in the freon line, which suggests how complete his inspection was. I would request him for any future work.

Left a message on Sunday morning via the website for the [redacted] office that I needed service for my air conditioner with an auto response via email stating that I will hear from them shortly. Since the firm was closed on Sunday I did not hear back from them that day. I called Monday morning at 0800 and the receptionist told me they would be contacting me soon because the guys are just getting to the office. Needless to say it is now 9 1/2 hours later and NO RETURN CALL!! I do not recommend them for their lack of concern and poor customer service.

Ambient Edge recently installed a new heat pump and sealed our old leaking ductwork.

The whole experience has great. From Aaron the Sales Representative to the installers and [redacted].

That said Art V[redacted] the Installation Specialist was probably the most considerate and professional person I have worked with. That is saying alot considering the caliber of all the rest but Art went the extra mile. He explained everything as he did it and did everything well and in a timely manner. I am confident in all the work that was done satisfied that I got a good value for my money.

Art answered all my questions and kept everything as clean as possible. It was like having a friend over helping with a project. Great job.

Since our heating and air conditionong system was very old we decided it was time to get a new system from Ambient Edge Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. We are very satisfied with their service. I was surpriced that the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one took only less than one and a half days. Both the Technical Specialist Ray V[redacted] and the Installation Technician Rocky V[redacted] are very knowledgeable and explained the system thoroughly. Will continue to use Ambient Edge for our heating and air conditioning service.

Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. He took time to explain and answer questions.

[redacted] 6/25/15 appointment to help me choose a replacement heat pump was very helpful and the installation today by [redacted] and [redacted] was neat, clean, quick and informative. The new system is cooling fine as I write. Thank you so much guys! Great work!

We have had the most pleasant experience with Ambient Edge. Aaron has been so helpful and everything was done when they promised with no hidden costs or fees. We had everything explained to us and has options to fit our budget.

I was totally satisfied with the service I got from Aaron B[redacted] and the installers.

The installers, Rocky and Ray V[redacted], were prompt, efficient, and very courteous.

Service representative Brian A[redacted] serviced our unit. He gave us a full report on the condition of the unit. He was courteous, efficient and did it in a timely matter. We were very happy with the service and will continue to use Ambient Edge for our hvac needs.

I want to Thank our Tech Shawn S[redacted] for the great job he did on our Central Air Conditioning Unit.

Even though our unit went out over the holiday weekend (of course on a Saturday)he did what he could to get our A/C up and running as soon as possible. We totally understood that Monday was the 4th of July and he could not order the new compressor until Tuesday morning. He installed the new compressor the next day and did a great job.

Rocky V[redacted] was one of the installation Technicians that installed my new Trane heating and cooling unit. I did deal more with his brother Ray on this job but Rocky was very nice and professional in his work. It is a great company that I trust completely with all my heating and cooling needs for 18 years.

Was very pleased with Jesse S[redacted]. he was knowledgeable and very nice. He did a wonderful job.

very polite and informative. we got bids from other companies and felt this was the best price wise for the quality and service. we thank Aaron for a very positive experience.

My AC unit went out over the weekend and I called Ambient Edge on a Monday around 8 Am. They explained the service prices and I chose to wait the next day service. All service quotes were cheaper than anyone else that quoted me. The appointment was between noon to five but the repair man showed at 10 in the morning, even though I didn't answer his phone call! The service was professional, informative and quick. The price was outstanding and I strongly suggest Ambient Edge to everyone.
