Service tech [redacted] was very through and took time to explain what services he completed. He was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. The price was exactly what was indicated in their advertised letter.

From the first phone call to the end of the visit, Ambient Edge employees were professional, yet very friendly and helpful.

Jennifer was a delight to deal with on the phone; and Brian Asbjorn was not only efficient, he had good recommendations and a caring attitude.

Brian A. Was on time, called first to make sure we hadn't forgotten. Was VERY pleasant, extremely efficient, professional, Hope they send him next time, as a Tech like Brian is why companies have customers like us coming back and having maintainence contracts, and not a one shot deal. Cannot say enough good things about our experience.

6pm on a Sunday evening, my A/C goes out and it is 117 degrees. My husband is a heart patient and cannot tolerate heat. I call the people that I normally do business with and no one calls me back. I call Ambient who advertises in the [redacted] that they have 24 hr. service and within 5 minutes [redacted] calls and says he will be there within 1 hour, he is at my home within 45 minutes and diagnoses the problem quickly and even has the part on his truck. He speaks with the Home Warranty person and she approves the repair and [redacted] complies with all the necessary billing stuff so I can get reimbursed. He is kind, and very helpful with a detailed invoice and even helps me get it emailed to the Home Warranty company. He also fixes a problem that should have been fixed by my previous repair a/c contractor that could have cost me a huge problem later. I will call ONLY Ambient for all my heating and cooling needs and I hope they always send [redacted]!! He was an incredible professional!

ambient Edge was very professional and very informative about our air conditioning problem. They were also very prompt in responding (within minutes) and the technician was there in a matter of hours.

We were very please with the quality of service and the products we purchased. Billy B[redacted] was our first contact with the company and he was awesome. He explained all of the options available and is very knowledgeable. The installation of our HVAC unit and sealing of our air ducts went very smoothly thanks to Jess, Art and Ryan. The office associates (Jennifer who answered the phone, Arlene and Rich who helped co-ordinate the scheduling and paperwork) were also courteous and kept us informed in a timely manner. Over all this company is very professional and we will continue to us them as needed.

Service representative Brian A[redacted] serviced our unit. He gave us a full report on the condition of the unit. He was courteous, efficient and did it in a timely matter. We were very happy with the service and will continue to use Ambient Edge for our hvac needs.

Ambient tech Rodney O[redacted] conducted a thorough and very professional service call today at our house. We are more than satisfied with the advice given re preventative maintenance concerns, and will definitely request his return.
