Hotel room had large crack in mirror,which was held up with tape.Should have been a smoke free room, are room was not.When you showered the bathtub would fill up with water and not drain.Continental breakfast was included.On the last day of are stay continental breakfast was not available to anyone.When we checked out of the hotel at about 8:in the morning no one was in the front desk.I wasn't able to get a receipt and still have not received one.My wife and I contacted people at the hotel during and after are stay to discuss the problems,however no one helped us

fee not one for each itemThe situation with the radio is that you have an aftermarket radioWe saw with our technician a code and or a situation that they recommend replacing one part and that is not the ignitionWe suggested you take it back to the radio installer. We are not trying to sell you something you do not need and that is why we would say go back to that shopThe car has many miles and many parts can be wornIf the radio person did not agree please get the work done elsewhere if they are saying something different than our techniciansWe understand that you may find it fixes the situation and or you may still need the other part we put on your repair orderI hope the ignition does fix your situationYou also see on the repair order a few other items were diagnosed
I will tell you I called you myself yesterdayI called the number *** gave me and the phone rang and went to a voice message that said phone was not set up and hung up on me? Is that the case and or did I call the wrong number? I am sorry you had to contact Revdex.com instead of calling us back if I did not call you and I would have confirmed the message and number with you right then
What our team is saying to you if a customer brings their own diagnosis for a repair they sign off that we are not responsible for the repair if it does not fix the problem. I have been told you said you would just stop payment if we did the work and it did not correct the situationWith that being said I believe our manager said the right response and that is we cannot work on your carAgain I was not there to hear the conversation
We wish you well with the repair and hope that the ignition fixes the situationMaybe that is what is causing the code and or failure the technician saw but you may find that both the ignition and tis module needs to be repairedI hope I have used all the right language as I am not a technician but I have read off the repair orderWe do expect full payment for the diagnoses you refer to because we provided the services you asked us to perform and did a very clear explanation for each of the issues

This is in response to the above complaint which was filed on 3/22/The guest stayed in a double non-smoking room on the night of March 1, Two people occupied this room and checked out the morning of March 2,Upon inspection of the room, a cigarette butt was noticed on the nightstand

On May 23rd *** *** brought her *** *** *** into our service department for serviceHer complaints were as stated below“When driving, the vehicle turns off when stopped/switching gearsHad battery replaced (elsewhere) car worked for a few days, and stopped
working” “Check Engine Light is on” During the vehicle diagnosis the technician Brad B*** first drove the vehicle and during road test the vehicle did not cut off but ran a little rough at timesThe vehicle was brought into the shop and inspected for items that may cause the customers concernsCodes were pulled for the check engine light the following codes were found in the engine computer system Pcode definition Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold P0171- Lean fuel trim on bank oneP0520-Oil Pressure Sensor Circuit Low Input ConditionsUpon performing diagnostic procedures the technician found the following problemsP0420- The catalytic converter itself was no longer functioning properly and may cause low power and transmission to shift abnormally P0171- The purge valve that controls the fuel tank evap-system was stuck open and one side purge valve was broken allowing un-metered air to enter the engine intake manifoldCould cause car to stall or not run properly P0520- The oil pressure sensor was shorting out causing low resistanceDuring the point inspection it was noted that the wiper blades were badThe following repairs were recommendedThe catalytic converter needed to replaced based on the code P0420- customer told us it was an aftermarket convertor install by another shopRecommended the customer go back to the shop that install this converter or to another exhaust shop due to age of vehicle and aftermarket converterReplace the purge valve- The customer authorized this repair based on PReplace the oil pressure sensor- The customer authorized this repair based on PReplace wiper blades-The customer authorized this repair After the authorized repairs the technician road tested the car several miles the car ran properly did not stallThe Pcode returnedThe car was returned to the customer because we knew that the catalytic convertor neede to go back to the other shopIt is impossible to say how many miles the car was road tested because the odometer on the car does not workThe true odometer reading of this vehicle is also unknownWe have reviewed our record and find that the proper work was doneWe do not know when the catalytic convertor was replace or by what shopMrs*** may have bought vehicle like thisThe car was towed in and the customer was able to drive it out of HaleyIf she had returned the car to Haley our technician would been able to re-check the codes in the car as of that time to make sure any of the parts we installed were not defectiveAfter review we feel strongly that our business has performed the service that payment has been received for

This is by far the worst school you could ever think of sending your child toThe staff is horrible they don't know how to handle financial aid and when you're all done they will not find you a jobFor all the money they charge find yourself a better school you will get nowhere after leaving the school

customer on same day we received the reservation to inform about the reservation is not possible for us as there was no availability for that particular day for double bed roomAlso she booked online through *** website where we don't have access to block the double bed as we sold out for June When she arrived we explain her the situation and try to convince her that if she is comfortable we can provide the suite room with one queen size bed and a cot (rolling bed) but she just walk away as she is not happy with that.We heartily apologize to her for the inconvenience and the hassle she is going through because of the online bookingAlso we did not charge her even though our cancellation policy is cancel the room before hours because of the miscommunication happenI am sorry, I feel awful about the problem but I personally assure you that we try to be on top on this kind of issues going forward. Okay, so I'm writing this review and haven't even stayed at this hotel yetthat's how bad this isI also wrote a complaint to their corporate who also apparently aren't sensible and just as ***, and numb to customer service as everyone I have talked to in regards to this *** hotel reservationI made a reservation via expedia for this hotel at approximately pm or so on Wednesday eveningLess than hours later, I wake up terribly sick and I tried to cancel less than hours after the reservation was madeSo I call the hotel to see if there is a fee, etcI figure there can't be a fee, they have over hours to book the room again, and it's been less than hours since I reserved the room onlineSo I call and call and call and no answerI can't get anyone there to talk to so that I can even cancelSo I call and talk to their reservation (booking dept, not at this location) And they tell me they don't normally charge fees so they can't see why I would be charged with this much time left, so they told me to contact expedia and see if they charged a feeWell I did, and they don'tTheir typical procedure is to call the business and talk with them to make sure no fee is assessedWell they call and call and can't get anyoneSo I contact corporate telling them I thought they should know that one of their franchises hasn't answered a phone in HOURSTheir reply is oh yea we know they have been having problems with their phone line all week this weekSOOOOOOO why hasn't this been fixed? Or why was another phone, cell, etc not made assessable so that customers can contact themIt's kind of essential for a hotel to have a phone lineThere is no excuse to allow this all week longSo he tells me now that it's past 6pm hours before checkSo basically no, it's too late, even given the terrible customer service circumstances and the fact that I could reach nobody at this horrific hotelSo I'm stuck paying a fee for this, it's completely unethical how they did this, and then refuse to go without charging me a fee, even though THEY don't even have a functioning phone that I could have cancelled it on!

To Whom it May Concern, We did receive a complaint from this guest and are very sorry she did not enjoy her stay with us and apparently there was some miscommunication with a member of our staff First to address her complaintWe inspected both rooms in which she stayedPer her
complaint we deliberately turned on the fan to check for cockroachesNo such pests were discovered As for the conversation with management, it could not have happened exactly as the guest has relatedBefore any refund can be promised or issued we need to confirm the legitimacy of a complaintIn this case an inspection would have to be performed firstManagement is well aware of this We are very sorry this guest had to drive all the way home and return to our hotel without being granted the compensation they had requestedThat said, we found no evidence to corroborate these claims and cannot issue a refund at this time Sincerely, David *P***

Americas Best Value Inn has refunded the customers money in full, however we could not issue a refund directly the customerThe situation with this customer is that *** *** used a booking website to pay for her stay onlineWhen this happens a customer pays the booking company, in return we charge the booking websites virtual credit card and the customer payment details are never revealed to usWe have refunded the credit card provided by the booking company she used while booking to receive a refund from them since she did not directly pay us. We have no details on how much she paid and it is a different amount from what the third party booking company pays us
She must contact which ever third party booking company that she used to book her stay with us and ask them for a refund directly as we have no control over a third party website

Our staff had been working at this location for a long time and they do not have any reason to lie about the evidence they had found in the room since they have nothing to gain from itIn addition, we do not know who entered or exited from the room during the guest's stay here as well as who smoked or didn'tAll we know is after the guest checked out on the morning of March 2, 2016, the cleaning staff found the evidence in the room, in which it is with the motel's policy to charge a minimum of we apologize for any unsatisfactory stay at this motelWe hope this explanation clarifies the situation as well as actions taken

We booked a room at this hotel and paid over 100$ to stay at this hotel, and the room that they rented us had NO HEAT! This was on a chilly evening in NovemberWe waited around for hours while the desk staff told us that they would find an errant space heaterApparently this room has had no heat for an untold period of time, and they rely on a space heater, which I'm not sure that is legal or safeIn any case though, no space heater arrived and finally we were told that they couldn't find it, and could do nothing for usBy this time our kids were already asleep in multiple layers of clothing wrapped in blankets, so we couldn't leaveThey offered no refund or discount, we were told we must speak to a manager who has been dodging our calls and not returning them

When we got a room for the kids, they walked in to find a man already sleeping in the bed Our room had no shower curtain, the coffee pot didn't work My kids new room TV didn't work the bedside lamps, microwave, and refrigerator nor the blow dryer also didn't work, plus toilet seat was broken When we called to ask if they would send my therapeutic pillow back to us by mail, they refused even after we agreed to pay shipping

Here at the Capital Inn & Suites we take complaints from guests very seriouslyOur rooms are cleaned and inspected daily and we would not rent a room in the condition described. Further if a guest is unhappy with a room for any reason we are happy to give them a new room if they do not use
the room they found unsatisfactory. This guest has claimed "hazard medical problems" would have resulted from a stay in our hotelWe inspected the room in which this guest was going to stay and found absolutely no evidence that this would be the caseFurther specification of this very serious claim would be required before we could approve a refund. the following question: I do not understand why the issue took so long to resolveAfter I called my credit card company then magically the person on the other end said they could issue to refund when in the past they had said they needed to wait for the general manager who was not around. Although I am saying this was resolved (it technically was) I do not appreciate the hotel's lag in their resolution and their inability to competantly deal with this issueI will also be sure to make our subsidiaries in the area aware of this hotel (we frequently book hotel stays for performing artists in the area and other guests at various hotels in the area) so that our business and their businesses will not do business with such an incompetant hotel

I am rejecting this response because:
Hi I am exhausted in dealing with America's Best Value Inn Even the response which they gave was in poor customer service He did, in fact, offer the tow service However, he offered the possibility of it when I was on a conference call, NOT when I was in Wyoming Even if he would have offered that when I was in Wyoming, I wouldn't have taken it Yes, I was in Gillette, but why on Earth would I leave my car in a state miles from home and go to my hotel? I would not have felt comfortable leaving my car on the road in a strange state for who knows how long until a tow truck showed up His employee, ***, said that she would take care of it She may not have told him that to save her job, but she said it I also called back in the morning, and when I said that, *** had said that they had had a problem with her doing that in the past I can definitely handle the truth, too I just know that if I was told the cancellation policy, I may have stayed elsewhere Besides that, I didn't foresee a car breaking down I guess this dispute will be, and I will be talked about like a child by the company I just wish that they practiced better customer service I'm sorry that I "made up" the vacancy sign line I just know that that's what I was told; I guess they were mistaken I thought that contacting Revdex.com was my next move because you all usually get things taken care of and make sure that businesses live up to high, if not, at least good standards In this case, he did not "work with guests to provide a great experience." I will not stay at any of their locations again In fact, I haven't ever stayed there (even at this point) and that won't change I don't know if I should thank you for help Thank you for your time though
