We have not reimbursed the customer for the rental yet as [redacted] their insurance carrier, has advised us they, too, paid rental for their customer.  They have yet to send us their rental bill which is needed to ensure we don't pay for the same dates.  Once this information has...

been submitted, we will review the receipt for reimbursement as originally advised.

issued on May 6, 2016.  Additional damage was found upon tear down and a supplement payment was issued for $384.65 to conclude the matter. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me at ###-###-####. Sincerely yours,American Access Casualty Company [redacted]Claims Manager

Thank you for your inquiry.  Unfortunately, with the limited information provided, I cannot locate your claim file.  Can you please give me your claim # with our company and our policy number and the name of our insured so that I can assist you? Thank you!

A review of the file indicates the insured, who initiated this complaint, is attorney represented.  We have been working with the attorney to resolve this matter.  The insured indicates in her complaint that she would like us to take responsibility for the accident since she was not at fault.  She also wants to choose her own shop.   The insured always has the right to select the repair hop of her choice.  The vehicle was originally deemed repairable but after a supplemental estimate was written, the vehicle was subsequently deemed a total loss.  We reached a settlement agreement with the attorney on 2/2/18 and are in the process of obtaining the documents needed from the attorney in order to issue the total loss settlement payment. Should the insured have any further questions, she should contact her attorney directly as due to her attorney representation, we are unable to communicate with her directly.  All correspondence must go through her attorney.

an auto accident.  Mr. [redacted] has insurance through [redacted] Insurance Company and the rental vehicle would have had coverage through his insurance carrier.  Therefore coverage paid for on the rental bill was not a reasonable expense to be incurred. Sincerely yours,American Access Casualty Company [redacted]Claims Manager

The $500.00 check was issued on 10/17/17 and is coming from Illinois.

Thank you for the inquiry.  Can you please provide your policy number and the date of loss so I can locate you in our system?  I will then be able to direct you to the proper management person. Thank you, American Access Casualty Company

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: When I talked to whoever answers [redacted] calls he specifically told me that they do NOT offer any direct deposit or overnight mailing but now all a sudden you give me some made up track number that I have looked up and nothing shows! He did tell me that the were going to void it and give it 7-10 business days, which is unfair considering this is my THIRD week waiting. You give me a made up tracking number and expect it to be okay... it is not. I was told that the only thing they can do is re-mail it to my address or mail it to a close friend’s address and that it could have been lost in the mail. So how do you have a tracking number now, but yall do not offer those services? Horrible experience. If the tracking number is CORRECT, please tell me how do I go about tracking it? And if it is overnight, I Would be expecting the check tomorrow, not 7-10 days like I was told... LISTEN to the calls!!
Sincerely,
[redacted]
