I am rejecting this response because: This is partial rejectionI finally got my car back after days on August 4, 2016, when it should have taken only one week to repairI was not given a choice and had to put the rental car on my personal credit cardBecause they took so long getting the estimates and money to Toyota, the total charge for the rental car is $The receipt was submitted from Hertz on August 5, I'm an unemployed, disabled senior and cannot get anyone to confirm that I will have payment before the end of the month, before interest accrues and payment is lateOnce that is done, payment is paid on time and no interest (I'm at the mercy of the insurance company), then I will consider the case closed

We owe for reasonable rates for the area which is what our estimate is based on. We have several direct repair facilities that would fix the customer's vehicle per our estimate. If she chooses to take her vehicle to the dealership which charges much higher rates, she will be responsible
for paying the difference. To date, we have issued payment of the preliminary repair estimate, but we await her shop to send us the invoices regarding the supplemental repairs. These invoices are needed in order to issue payment to the shop for the supplemental repairs. Our claims department spoke to the customer on 3/21/and explained same to her

This is in response to your inquiry regarding your file number *** and the complainant *** *** Ms*** is a 3rd party claimant who is disputing the denial of her property damage claim. The loss occurred on June 9, and it was reported to American Access Casualty Company on
the same day. Upon completion of our investigation it was revealed that Ms*** was the proximate cause of the loss. Since Ms*** was the proximate cause of the loss, her claim for property damage was denied. Our denial remains. Sincerely yours,American Access Casualty Company Dan BehlingClaims Manager

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: you are just as incompetent as the rep I spoke toYou are referencing my initial call on 8/16/where I spoke with *** and filed my initial complaintThat call went fine except I never received a call from my adjuster within hoursI gave you the details, rep name, date and what occurredGo listen to that callI'm not surprised that your reps are unprofessional and incompetent when the supervisor responding to a Revdex.com complaint can't even get their facts together before respondingJust get my claim handled accurately and timely and I won't EVER have to deal with your company againJust pathetic!
Sincerely,

Our position on this matter has not changed

The claimant's rental bill was received on 10/20/17. Payment in the amount of $was mailed to the claimant on October 10/24/to the address she provided of *** *** *** Duncanville, TX 75116. On 11/8/17, we notified the claimant via email that we had received the check back
from the US Post Office as the check was returned due to "return to sender - no such number - unable to forward". The claimant confirmed it was sent to the correct address so we pulled the check from the returned mail and re-sent the same check to the claimant as she confirmed it was sent to the correct address. There was no delay on our part

Thank you for providing the claim number. We are in the process of attempting to contact our insured to verify the facts of the accident since it appears there was no police report filed in this matter. We must first speak to our insured and verify the facts of loss before we can proceed with your claim. I will have the supervisor reach out to you to discuss further. Thank you

The information was emailed to you at ***@gmail.com on May 9, 2017. I will have *** contact the customer today to discuss the claim

A review of our file indicates we paid days in rental and repaired the damages related to the lossThe claimant then returned claiming additional damages, and it was unfounded that those repairs were a result of this accidentWe declined the additional rental he accumulated over this period of time

Thank you for your inquiry. I am unable to locate the claim file by the name and address provided. Please provide us with the American Access claim number or policy number so we can locate your claim file and attempt to resolve this matter for you. Thank you

You may have talked to the witness, but we have not. I will reach out to the adjuster and have her call you with a status on the claim

my insurance is waiting on acceptance in responsibility from youTherefore the approach that I'm am taking is appropriate
