A claim must be done and pictures only must be submitted by this customer in order to do a claim for this damaged piece of furniture This claim will be sent up to the manufacturer for inspection for manufacturer defects...if defected an approval by the manufacturer for a replacement is made Please have this customer submit pictures of the last replacement given to customer showing picture of this damage and AF will be happy to do a claimPLEASE SEND PICTURES TO ***@americanfreight.us and I will make sure a claim is made

I have read the businesses response and would to like to add that I am the only one showing any respect in this situationIt cleat they are unwilling to resolve this issueRidiculously unprofessional company

I have received my refund, thank goodnessI never wish to do any business with this corporation, even with a healthy discountOne horrible experience was enough for meMaybe my complaint can be reclassified as a complaint about the way they advertiseThey advertise themselves as a warehouse furniture store, but they did not have what they sold me in stock and even in a week time period, they were not able to provide the product I had purchasedI work in a window factory, where we custom make windows that are special orderedIt would never be acceptable for our customers to have to wait weeks for their productIf that does happen, we generally compensate the customerThese tables were not being custom madeAnd although I'm sure they were probably not manufactured in America, I find it hard to beleive that it would take more than weeks for the tables to be shipped from wherever to Delaware, OhioIt seems to me their warehouse furniture store gimmick is a bold faced lie

Jessica, Chad and the Regional Manager Cana W [redacted] were the employees who contacted the Corporate office of his aggressive behavior on the phone and in the store The Corporate office leadership were the ones who did the investigation—TWICE for this customer with the corporate office there would have been no investigation or a second claim done! PLEASE NOTE: These pictures sent by [redacted] also where the pictures American Freight used to send to the manufacturer that were used to determine his claims that were denied twice These exact pictures show wear and tear of close to over a year and a half of being in his possession and being used The “PERMANENT SAG” is not showing the exact specifications of a defect required for a replacement by the manufacturer AGAIN NOT MEETING THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY but showing an imprint of wear and tear of a body imprint What [redacted] needs to understand is that wear and tear on a mattress or even a sofa or a chair after over a year and a half of using it every day will create an image of an imprint This slight imprint on his mattress did not meet specifications of the manufacturers guidelines but SHOW WEAR AND TARE which have been explained to [redacted] numerous amounts of timesAmerican Freight in good faith from the Corporate Office will give him %off a new mattress to replace but [redacted] will not be replaced free nor will he be refunded PLEAE NOTE: ( NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A ½ INDENTATION OF WEAR AND TARE) AMERICAN FREIGHT USES BOLD PRINT TO MARK FACTS SO THEY CAN BE READ AND UNDERSTOOD!Susan B [redacted] called Revdex.com and asked DRC to note that the pictures sent with this response are the pictures that were sent to AF by the consumer on 3/6/

This customer has been explained over and over but will not listen to reasoningPlease help us to get him to understand He bought a fabric warranty not a structure warrantyThe manufacturer's year warranty has expiredThis sofa and loveseat are years old, wear and tear will occur A claim was done for Mr [redacted] and it was denied by the manufacturer not by American Freight If this customer wishes to replace we will make him a good offer, nice discount on replacements but we cannot replace for freeBUYING ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY NEVER MEANS INSTANT REPLACEMENTA CUSTOMER MUST FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURERES GUIDELINESIN THIS CASE DAMAGES DID NOT MEET THE MANF-GUIDELINES IN HIS CLAIMCLAIM DENIED

American Freight would like to apologize to the customer for the confusion on the ordering of her sofaAmerican Freight was told that this sofa had been discontinued after the original order had been placed with the manufacturerA full refund has been issued to the customer, and was mailed via corporate check to the customers home address on 5/12/

whatever you do, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT use their rinky-dink "delivery service" in Moraine OHI purchased a couch from American Freight and Mattress in Moraine OH and requested their so called "delivery service" I believe they are called [redacted] Delivery run by "Brian", phone number ###-###-#### They brought the couch to my home, requested payment of $65, then after not ATTEMPTING to bring it inside my apartment bldg., told me it wouldn't fit!! They said to go back and pick out another one that would fit There was not another one in my price range This piece of crap delivery service refused to return my money!!

I was in the American Freight store in Knoxville, TN yesterday I feel like the business is ran a little shady though First of all, we waited over an hour to have the couch and loveseat I purchased to be brought from the storeroom, in the same bldg The guy bringing it to us, kept banging it into the wall and the plastic was barely covering itI had just spent $1200, you would think they would take care of thingsI looked over what I could see and it looked ok when we got it to the truck I was NEVER asked to inspect or sign anything about the condition of itI guess all sales are final, so you don't require your staff to take care of things Then, when we got home and brought it into the house, we went to put the legs on the couch and one would not go in, as the metal bracket in the loveseat seemed too small for the leg I called the store and the person on the phone was Very rudehe laughed and told me the holes were hard to find I informed him that if he would listen t
