Telephone records will prove that multiple calls were made to the business by [redacted] Our phone records do not show any calls made by the business as they claimthe only call we received at our Bellevue home was from Michael "after" the complaint was filed with Revdex.comthe mattress and Futon has since been deliveredWe appreciate the Revdex.com in helping us resolve this issue and hopefully the business will provide better customer service with their future clientsAccording to Google web reviews, this problem has been experienced by other customers

Mattresses and Box Springs come from our Manufacturers sealed and purchased from our customers SEALEDWe replaced this mattress once for this customerPictures taken show no saturation of anything especially of fluids on this replacement mattress This customer will not be refunded, OUR SALES ARE FINAL which is stated on our receipts and posted on signs over all our counters We would be happy in good faith to give this customer a good discount if she wished to buy a replacement

Due to the fact that none of our dinette sets have chairs rated to an 800lb limit, we will allow the return and refund of the dinette set We have already replaced these dinette chairs once at our cost and there is no warranty on this product As far as the sectional goes, we would be happy to file a warranty claim under the manufacturers warranty for this customer If the customer could provide pictures of the damage and which piece of the sectional has damage we can begin the claim process for them Please have customer call VP Regional Manager, Mike S [redacted] at [redacted] ***

Please send us pictures of this damage and American Freight will be happy to investigate

The father of the person complaining is the one that owns this account He was informed when he paid off that it would be days, also this is stated on his receipt The sales staff helped this customer and his daughter every time they called It was reported to the Regional Manager that the daughter was combative and insulting to the staff as she does not want to wait as was agreed upon with the father owner of the account Loveseat is in customer will be informed of this update

American Freight is going to replace mattress, customer to dispose of defective mattress Customer can replace with $dollar free upgrade on the price of a new mattress replacement design

Nobody can JUST COME IN AND CANCEL SOMEONES ELSES ACCOUNT, IT IS NOT OUR POLICY, IF THIS MAN WAS NOT ON HER RECEIPT, HER ACCOUNT HE CAN NOT CANCEL IT! Back orders do happen and we apologize for this This customer now has her furniture and was given a very good deal on top of that for the inconvenience of this backorder!

Customer name on the ticket is [redacted] The layaway was a total of $ August 17th customer put $down with the initial $down equaling $ Customer wanted a refund but did not cancel within the days so balance became a store credit We explained our policy to this customer Our layaway policy is on customers receipt Nonetheless customer decided to purchase a headboard and chest American Freight gave an additional $off to this customer

They lied about aproduct to sell it

Customer was delivered a damaged ottomanCustomer was refunded $Customer later calls the Regional Manager Gina and said he would like to purchase the ottoman againCustomer comes to the store today 3/18/and spoke to Gina and decided he didn't want to purchase it and told her "he would see her in court" Customer wants a "he said, she said" battle and American Freight will not dabble! Customer has been refunded!

I was not aggressive and merely asked questions I thanked them and to answer that I never met nor talked to Cana W [redacted] so as you can see she is lying, she has done this from the start and is partially why I do not think the warranty was taken seriously.The sag and wear you can see exceeds the warranty and would see that if I could physically take the mattress to them but they do not allow this

This response is from the local store who are extremely unprofessionalThere is no statement in the store or on the receipt that states ask sales are final Furthermore, the central office we spoke to, Gina told me that this mattress was recalledThis matter was resolved as Gina told the local store they had no choice but to give us a refundI believe the local store should talk to Gina to receive more training regarding customer service and making sure they know when they are selling a product that has been recalled to the consumer

This customer has been taken care of that same day upgraded to a new set

1st nothing was explainedAll that was said was bugs did not come from their store and then I was hung up on I was getting bit from the time I got the sofa but it took me that long to realize it was bed bugs and not fleasI was treating for fleas so the bed bugs got worseIt is only the couch that is infested

Hi-I never received any notification of anyone waiting for a responseI have tried calling the manager back twice, but she was unavailable due to being at another storeShe did reach out to me and has stated that there is a store credit of $available to use towards a replacement reclinerPlease update this complaint to reflect thisThank you!

We apologize for the back order of this furniture and have to this customer We cannot control backorders from manufactures! We sub contract our delivery out If there are concerns with this delivery at all this customer must call the delivery company This customer will not be refunded for his delivery fee from American Freight he must call the delivery company for this refund and discuss it with them.This customer was offered a refund but did not want it There will be no compensation from American Freight

When I first ordered(layaway) my bedroom set the sale associate said that they did not have it in stock but they were in the processing of ordering itI confirmed with the sale associate, the date that I would be needing my bedroom set because I would have to vacate my apartment around that dateShe stated "Yes, it would be in by then" A few weeks on down the line I had paid my layaway out and we had scheduled for a delivery on Sunday between the hours of 1- So, Around 12:on Sunday, I had called American Freight to confirm that they still were going deliver it between and and the manager said "Yes, that all orders are on the truck already and you would need to call one on the companies that is on your pickup receipt." So, I called one company and the man stated that he does not work todayThe other driver said that he did not have it on his truck and the 3rd company said I was not on his list neitherSo, at this point I am upset because I had taking off that day beca

Mr*** got delivered yesterday 3/8, he received free delivery Our apologies for any miss communications American Freight will tag his account for 15% off his next purchase

The warranty is in your sealed bag that the mattress came in, it is yellow!
