Hi ***, this is what my Regional Manager has advised: The warranty claim has not been approved yet because it takes up to days to get a response....it was filed on 4/(days ago)I spoke to the managerWe will do a rush on this claim as much as we can and if approved we will get it replace immediately!

This customer's behavior was severely extreme and the anger she possessed was frightening to our people that she was reported to the authorities! Threats of such awfulness and cursing to the Vice President, Regional Manager, Store Manager, Sales People and then to our people and myself at our Corporate office, her anger was of odd excessiveness!! She wanted free delivery Our policy is if you picked it up and there is a replacement then the replacement must be picked up....if the customer had it originally delivered than a replacement is delivered free When our Vice President is called a "***pig" and language is of such foulness to all of us and the abuse is of this nature American Freight will no longer due business with this customer!!This customer purchased from us months ago and exhibited this same behavior American Freight gave this customer free delivery on a warranty that was approved Customer had picked up her original order.....though we gave her free delivery!American Freight cannot and will not do business with abusive people!

my couch was not delivered, and we received no calls about a deliveryThey did call us Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and they said they would deliver it on three different occasionsAgain, we still do not have out couch or any idea of when it will arriveWe also would like compensation for the months and counting we've been waiting for our couch

Regional Manager has advised: I spoke with [redacted] about the sectional and loveseat and let her know that her replacement sectional would be in and available in Madison within the next two weeks She also has decided to go with a matching loveseat over a sofa and that piece will be in at the same time

Delivery crew is scheduled to retrieve the furniture this evening

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, The District Manager Grace R [redacted] was true to her word and pleasant to deal withGuardian insurance may not have held their end of the bargain but American Freight didWe are happy with the outcome

We purchased a couch and love seatIt wasn’t cheapI specifically told the salesman since my husband is retired we need a couch w cushions that don’t sink inAfter only months the cushions where we sit are so sunken in and look terribleI payed for the warranty which covers I guess burns, bodily fluids and one other thingI called the manger who was very niceI sent him in pictures which show how horrible they lookThis has been over a month agoI have bought a couch from fingerhut for cheap that lasted a long timeThis is rediculous I would rather get a different set or maybe mine is defectiveThe store was *** in *** azMy name is [redacted] and I would appreciate some response!!! On all our customers receipts it states Delivery Fees are non-refundable If this customer had any problems with the Delivery Crew, they must call that company and the contact information can be obtain by calling the store Please advise this customer that if the delivery service is used it must be paid for This service is not an American Freight service, it is subcontracted this service is their own company and if you use them, they must be paid

It is my understanding that the Regional Manager has reached out to Mr [redacted] and has resolved his issue If there are any questions or problems, please contact your local store or call ###-###-#### and hit option for customer service

Yes my name is [redacted] writing a complaint on American freight furniture fuon on the 9-2-I purchased two bedroom sets of the same ones bedroom sets that I haven't received the long dresses that you put your mirror on I have called numerous of times talking to the store manager and corporate about getting my money back and letting me pick something else from the floor of the same price but they didn't want to work it out that way I ask them for the inconvenience can I just pick something that was already in the store because from my point of view they told me that the furniture that I paid for and for that they had it in the store but still waiting 3month for my dresser that I paid for and I still haven't receive my furniture them I know that I had to send back furniture that don't be long to what paid for something wrong with it or it didn't match up so I feel that they got over on me on my furniture and my money and I'm asking for help on this case and resolving it

I have been communicating with Jonathan O [redacted] manager for this location, since July 5, regarding defective furnitureThe last communication I received from him was on August 8, in which he replied that he will replaced the damaged item, if the corporate office woudl not I have not had any response from him and I emailed him again on Saturday, August 27, 2016, three weeks AFTER he said he would respond to meI am asking for a refund of the item or a replacement and would appreciate a response I have not contacted the location via phone since I would like to keep a tracking of all of my communications

on 11/02/i purchased a bedroom set and the hardware to the bedroom set was not available so I went to the store and they made an order of the hardware..it was hardware handles so in days I got the hardware in the mail but it was handles instead of so I went to the store and they said they would order more and I noticed they did not get on the computer to order more like the first time I was there until this day my bedroom set is missing handles and im not getting any response from them or the handles please help get these handles

Our store manager has reached out to Mrs [redacted] concerning these warranty claim issues on the Mickey Pewter Sofa Chaise This sofa has been replaced a couple of times since the date of purchase 8/27/16, and also approved were sofa cushions on 8/7/ American Freight will replace this sectional again American Freight has spoken to Mr [redacted] and he has been in agreement.Please advise customer....any claims must meet the extended warranty specific guidelines in order to have furniture replaced, please have customer re read their warranty paper work so to be updated on converge Please also explain to the customer all furniture received must be inspected by the customer, replacement quantity has been exceeded

Our VP called this customer and customer is willing to wait for the furniture If this furniture does not become available in the next weeks we will be happy to refund this customer

I explained to this customer that the furniture on her layaway is available at the manufacturer however we cannot order it until the layaway is paid in fullShe asked me about a refund and I explained that we can refund the money as a store credit to be used towards anything she wantsAt this point the customer demanded a cash refund so I explained that we can only issue a refund within the first days and she has been paying on this layaway for a year American Freight is entitled to their policies and must adhere to them

we purchases a reclining sofa and recliner a couple years ago from this companyWe have the furniture in our condo which we use three months out of the yearThe leather is cracking and the finish is peeling offThe company has avoided my calls and emails and finally sent an email they will not cover the product I believe if this is what they are selling and won't stand behind their junk they need to be out of business

This customer is coming in to reselectShe has been contacted by our Regional Manager and has agreed to this

The product in my house is broken and is not over a year oldThe product is months old and American Freight was made aware of the issue immediately upon arrival of the furniture in February It is not my fault that a broken couch was delivered and for months I have been trying to get the right product sent to meA replacement couch is NOT sitting in the storeI was told I could exchange the damaged product that I received for a different product of the same valueI don't want a different product and I was told the product that I paid for is no longer manufactured or availableIf the couch I paid for is no longer available, I should receive a refundPictures have already been sent to the business not once, but twiceThis is unacceptable Thank you,
