I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. Provided I can go to the St. Peters location.

Her delivery will be free....I have called the store......they have called the customer to rectify this miss communications.

This customer has been replaced/exchanged on 7/13/15.

My dispute has been settled. I spoke to Thomas the manager and he apologized after I informed him of the non delivery of my furniture. I received my nightstand today around 4:30 CST. Thank you

This company targets people and steal and sends shoddy merchandise. I was informed that the pictures I sent to you and response was received by you today, so pictures speak a thousand words. I will wait to hear from the Revdex.com as to their decision.Please note to that this company isn't even Revdex.com accredited...big surprise.

Our receipt/records do not show she was charged ANOTHER $60 for a second delivery.
Please have this customer show us any receipts she may have showing this second $60 charge.
CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED $60 WHEN SHE WAS NOT CHARGE A SECOND TIME BY OUR SUB CONTRACTING DELIVERY COMPANY.

We are going to Pittsburgh tomorrow to pick up the dresser and get him taken care of. He is aware and is very happy.

We apologize for the miss communications.  American Freight shows delivery, customer did not receive, we met that customer is clear to regain  purchase.  Customer options reselect or replace if still available or store credit-investigation over.

The corporate office just spoke to this customer. She was explained that "OUR SALES ARE FINAL", stated on her receipt and signs above all AF counters but she has other options: THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO HER: 1. Happy to replace what she has, this time go down to the store and inspect this furniture...

before it gets redelivered to her if she wishes to replace to the same furniture. 2. Reselect to a different design all together 3. A store credit

I have proof I have tried to make claims the last 2years I can attach emails to AF I have kept them as I do everything. I purchased a warrenty you can see in our records on everything I've ever bought from them, so where did this one disappear too? Did a employee pocket the money? I'm losing out on something I bought to cover if anything ever went wrong. Never once did I assume it was a Instant replacement until Jessica told me my warranty would cover my pictures with the dip and the rips. She also told me that they no longer made that mattress that I would be getting a upgrade on it and would not have to pay the difference. I never was irritated the "corporate lady" I talked to could not provide any answers for me she also started yelling at me and by letting go they mean hanging up on me, by saying "buh bye"! I have never been treated with such disrespect by a corporate office who is highly unprofessional and also called me a liar. me also and management you never call the customer a liar you try your best to resolve the issue. My mattress fell apart along time again and nobody was willing to help me. It's saying what you mean, doing what you say, and getting the job done, nothing got done!.  And by a discount they were offering only 20% off I've been a customer for over 15yrs my whole house was purchased from them I just feel like this was handled very unprofessional I still have no answers as to where my warrantee went that I purchased and I didn't ask for a refund I asked for an in-store credit a credit I would go back to their store. They will no longer be getting my buinesss and I'll be sure to let everyone know in our small town community how they treat there customers and how they don't honor their warranty's! If I had to tell one person is read the reviews these items are junk and warrenty a are crap! Rude and hanging up on people are there go to just glad I'm not the only one who calls their bluff! Customer received the wrong product. We failed to get it swapped out the following day. The customer stated that she wanted a refund and was told that we could do that for her. She came in the store and was refunded the full amount of the purchase. I contacted the customer in regards to her delivery...

fee giving her an option to either get a 50 in store credit. Or I told her I would give her half the delivery fee out of my pocket. She initially stated that that was sufficient then called me back stating she didn't want to come in the store to receive the cash back and  declined that offer.

Customer was told when she was paying item off layaway that the item was discontinued. We gave customer three options, Customer would have to reselect, could arrange for a driver to pick one up from another store if need be, but customer would be responsible for payment of driver to get from...

another store or we could refund. She did not want a refund at that time, Customer refused to pay extra for driver to go out of state to pick up and refused to reselect. Customer said she would talk with family member and would get back with us. Customer never got back with manager. Customer called me and asked if I could help, at that time the options were more limited as there was not a sectional available at the time. I explained that there are other options to look at. She said that would be fine. We made a appointment on a Sunday to come look at other options. Customer came in with another woman and demanded a refund. As I tried to decipher who was who tensions rose as the customer refused to identify themselves. I at that point explained the refund policy and explained to the two ladies that we would happily refund and oblige to the demands. Customer began to curse and say nasty things to myself and other staff members because we refused to give cash to the customer. Customer left building saying they did not want a refund unless it was cash only. We processed the refund regardless and will call customer when check arrives at store. Customer has still yet to identify herself. Explained to customer that in order to claim check customer would have to present a photo ID

Please have business know that the sectional itself was NEVER replaced, only the cushions were.  Please also have business know that we never received paperwork for the extended warranty, we only received leather cleaner and wood cleaner which I have no idea why because the sofa is FABRIC.

......we have left another voice mail..... in order to help her we need to communicate.  Of course we want her to have all the merchandise she has paid for.  if Ms. [redacted] could please reach out to us we want to take care of this.

I was told that my refund was sent out on 5/12/2017. I have not received my refund as of 5/22/2017. I called corporate and talked to Stephanie she said that it had been returned because they did not have my apartment number witch is on file. She then proceeded to say that it's been overnighted and have me a tracking number and that it should be here overnight. I have waited the full 14 days and I am beyond [redacted] because of the lack of communication and poor Customer service. Not sure of why I have to be the only person to constantly reach out because of their mistakes.  If this is what it feels like to go through a company to buy material then I rather continue to sit on a rug. It's wrong to have to work hard for something and get treated as if your a piece of trash.

delivered. THIS HAS BEEN EXPLAINED TO THIS CUSTOMER NUMEROUS A[redacted] OF TIMES. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ONLY A REPLACMENT!! Please help us in explaining our policy and to have this customer call our store to switch out and replace her sofa!
