We have tried to contacted him NUMEROUS amounts of time.   We do not receive any responses.  This customer will not received a refund.  All our sales are final which is stated on his receipt and there is a sign above our counter stating this also.  He can be exchanged...

for the size he purchased though the mattress delivered was a king.   PLEASE TAKE NOTE:  That the queen mattress mention cannot fold.This customer will not be refunded.  He can be replaced/exchanged for a king.  Once in awhile cars and trucks can break down.  We brought over the mattress in good faith so you could received it that day the truck broke down, our apologies.

This customer will be returning her loveseat and we will be refunded

American Freight will gladly refund the customers $100 back to her in cash, instead of asking her to wait on the company check. We have already refunded the $50 that was charged on her card, but have no control on how long it takes to post to her account. As far as the customers overdraft fee's go,...

American Freight cannot refund any money that was never paid to us, but we would be happy to offer the customer an in store credit towards her next purchase. American Freight apologizes for the confusion on our refund policy.

Customer has not reported all the facts. THIS IS HIS SECOND CLAIM...THE FIRST ONE WAS DENIED BUT AMERICAN FREIGHT SWAPPED IT OUT ANYWAY--HENCEFORTH--PLEASE NOTE: FIRST REPLACEMENT FROM HIS FIRST CLAIM.
The second claim being done is dated 2/8 WE MUST WAIT FOR THE MANUFACTURER'S APPROVAL OR...

DENIAL. We told this customer 30 to 45 days for this claim to process.
Regional Manager states:
We swapped out the first one for free, without a warranty approval he then stated the second one is broken down so he wanted us to swap out again before approval, we simple told him that this time we would have to go through the proper channels to get an approval so that we can take care of him. We are just simply waiting on an approval or denial.
CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED SOON OF STATUS!

Our sales are final!  This is stated on the customer receipt and signs above all our counters.   This customer has options.....TO REPLACE......TO RESELECT TO ANOTHER DESIGN.... OR A STORE CREDIT.   This customer will not be refunded!

This customer came in and made a purchase for $1,498 and then started a layaway with $200 down. $1,698 total paid. She decided to get a refund due to issues with delivery time and poor customer service by the manager.  Our Regional Manager personally refunded her card in the store on 2/27 all...

funds that she paid. She called 2 days later saying that the store manager Duan used a skimmer on the AF credit card machine to steal her card number for his own personal use.  American Freight uses a credit card machine. We believe she must have used the card somewhere else or online and had her information compromised. As I said I refunded all the funds that she paid to AF, beyond that we would not be responsible for anything else.  We suggest this customer call her credit card company.      Ian O'Keefe Regional Manager American Freight (740)833-5690

If she wants a "Simmons" foundation with a steel metal grid, which is the only other option, it would be an additional $150 more.

I still do not have a formal written apology on company letterhead or even a partial refund yet.This will go unresolved until the company does the right things. They hire those people out so I'm not going to argue the point with them it is their responsibility to make things right with me when it is as a company. They do not give an option of delivery companies. You get stuck with who they give you. So they are held accountable either now or to God on judgment day. They can pick which that is at this point.

We are swapping this out for a brand new mattress.

On Ms. [redacted] receipt under instructions it saids "PICK UP BY [redacted]". ALL RECEIPTS are paid by AND SIGNED BY A "[redacted]", THERE ARE NO RECEIPTS SHOWING ANY PAYMENT BY Ms. Walther. Security cameras show a "[redacted]" picking up this furniture.
We believe this is a Civil Case between Ms. [redacted] and...

There were over 20 calls made to the store and the corporate office from this customer.  Everyone from the Assistance Store Manager, Store Manager, Regional Manager, to the Corporate office Customer Relations Director.....all of us explained the warranty policy but she was to unreasonable to communicate too.  -"I was told I had to pay for the new mattress and then would get a refund within 30 days".....we don't have a policy such as this, the more that is communicated the more that seems to get twisted.....moving forward American Freight stands by our first response and in good faith a 25% discount will be given to the replacement of the mattress that was destroyed in customer house fire.  There will be no refund or a free mattress replacement, customer did not meet the criteria for a warranty claim.

have emails sent through Revdex.com from last week when I asked for a store credit and wwas told all I could get is free delivery. Then when I called in today to see the hold up, I was told there was no free delivery and I must come pick the item! And it had been in for days, and if this is true. No one ever called me or my wife. Then they bring the item out and leave it on the porch in the rain. This a terrible company and we will be pursuing legal action.

We did Fex-X a whole new chair to this customer. We disciplined the employee for his behavior...for this is not a practice at American Freight!! If this behavior is prevalent in any of our stores again it will be a immediate termination.

Please have this customer call our store to pick up the furniture....after furniture is in the store...this customer can come in and have her card refunded.
Please ask this customer to refrain from any aggressiveness and disrespect to our people.

This check will be sent out immediately and sent to the store no later than Friday 1/27.   We call the customer and left her a voicemail with this information and told her if she had any questions to give me a call back.

American Freight has now sent all and any communications with this customer to our Corporate Attorney. This customer and friend have begun to send emails everyday to [redacted] (SEE BELOW THE EMAIL MOST THEATENING). THEIR VENGENCE NOW HAS BECOME FRIGHTENING...WE ASK THIS CUSTOMER AND FREIND TO STOP THIS HARRASSEMENT OR THIS BEHAVIOR WILL BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE!

Thank you,they never told me to bring the lamps back, they said in 7-10 days corporate would have a check for me, and they would call me. when the check was there, and I could go there and sign for the check and get the check
