Ordered shirt on August 15th and never received it, and it's been paid for.
I purchased this t-shirt via a Facebook post, I ordered it on August 15 and it was billed and paid for the same day. It is now October 29th and I have attempted several emails and have no response. Order #xxxx for $9.95 pay by Visa.

Desired Outcome

After several emails over the past month and with no response, I wish to have a refund issued.

Although the hurricane was the reason slow down production the company should have been in contact with all of those who purchased this item to let them know that instead of going months with no communication.

Haven't received my order
I placed an order on 7/21 for a XL Triggernomeyry shirt invoice *** threw American Gun Club. I paid $7.95 online with my debit card. I haven't received my item. I emailed the company twice about the problem and called them with the number provided (XXX)XXX-XXXX.

Desired Outcome

I would like my shirt that I ordered also a full refund for the inconvenience and no response from the company

I ordered 2 shirts on 7/29/17. It in now 1030/17 and I have not received order. Company has stopped communicating and no one ever answers phone.
American fun club answered my emails until the end of August and then they stopped. Now I can't get any response from them via email and the multiple times I have called the phone number they have listed, no one ever answers nor do they have a messaging system. It has been over 90 days since I placed my order and they accepted payment and I have not received anything!!!!!!

Desired Outcome

Refund or items immediately. Response from the company would be nice too.

The fact that this business is allowed to operate boggles my mind. I ordered shirts that never came and they responded to emails just long enough for payment to clear then nothing. No shirts, no response to emails and no refund. They did not even respond to the complaint filed with Revdex.com. These are criminals just out to get your money. No real products. DO NOT buy from them. You will be ripped off.

I got ripped off by this company for a shirt I ordered in August and have never received.
It's sad they prey on good American flag loving people and veterans. This company should be STOPPED ASAP

I ordered shirts from them on Sept.02 and never received them. When I tried to call the line would just ring for a while and then hang up. I tried the number off my credit card bill and it said my call could not be answered as dialed. They never answered email either.

Ordered 2 shirts on 8-25-17 still haven't received my shirts tried calling and email no response

Order $9.95 for shirt and then system charged Gun Club $20.00 monthly. Emailed ASAP no response 5 emails and a chat still no Shirt no response or RFND
I placed an order for a shirt for $9.95. Their system added a monthly membership to a GUN Club for $20.00. the min I got the confirmation I emailed them. Since then I have emailed 7 times I got on a CHAT from their website and I Facebook messaged them with no response to cancel this membership which I do not even know how to access to cancel. I still yet to receive a response. The shirt I ordered or a refund. In one of my emails I told them to just cancel everything including the Shirt and refund me if this is how their customer service is going to work. No response.

I would like the company to refund me my money for the club and the short that was never received. I would also like them to STOP placing ADDS if they are never going to process them or respond to customer service

I ordered one Triggernometry t-shirt on 9/10/17. On 9/11/17, my debit card was charged $11.95. It is 10/26/17 and I have still not received the t-shirt.

Ordered a T-Shirt through this company, it was billed to my card but never received the item and it is 3mons later. No reply to Email and no contact #
Came across and add on Facebook on August 1st from the American Gun Club, it said free T-shirt just pay for shipping and handling. So I liked the shirt and decided to order it. The order went through on August 1st at 9:40am with an email confirmation of the order from David with a link to access a thank you page https://products.americangunclub.com/order-confirmationXXXXXXXX?cf_uvid=aXXXXXea... I also received an email confirmation of the payment with the exact same date and time as the other email from ***@americangunclub.com with an invoice number of 3626 Product:2X-Large Triggernometry Unisex Tee, subtotal of $10.95. The second email had a link to Americangunclub.recurly.com which was a copy of the invoice with the company name, address, phone number, and email address. American Gun Club XXXXX N *** Highway *** XXXXX United States Phone:XXX-XXX-XXXX Email:***@americangunclub.com It is now October 23rd and I still have not received the item. I have sent 2 email one on 9/18/17 and 9/21/17 with no response to either, I have also tried to call their number listed but it is a recording and does not go to their place of business.

I no longer wish to receive the T-shirt and would like my money returned in full. I also think this company should be investigated or shut down for lack of fullfillment on their part of this and many other transations.

I ordered a shirt on Oct 5, 2017. No delivery no communication
I purchased a shirt on October 5th 2017. I received a confirmation email, but as of October 21st no shirt has been delivered. Attempted to contact American Gun Club twice to get an order update with no response. I believe this company to be fraudulent.

I would either like the shirt to be delivered or to be refunded the $10.98 I paid.

purchased a shirt on Aug.27,2017 it is now Oct. 23rd. and after several attempts to contact this company thru e-mails and phone (which doesn't accept outside calls) I have no way of getting my money back!

I had ordered a tee shirt from American Gun Club on Aug 26,2017 and haven't heard from them since. So when I sent them 3 different e mails and got no response I tried calling their number, to which I got a recording that the number doesn't take incoming calls. I would like to think that they would like to resolve this by either refunding my payment or sending me the shirt.

I also ordered a Triggenometry shirt from the Gun Club. The shirt was free, but I upgraded the material for 12.99. I have sent 4 letters to them since my order date of 8/11/2016. They did send an email saying they would notify me when the order ships, but I have not gotten an email nor have I heard back from them. Has anyone recieved their merchandise yet?

I have also emailed them several times and they have failed to respond to email but accepted payment from my credit card. I believe this is fraudulent business practice to accept payment but never provide product. They have exceeded their delivery timeline by a couple months.

I accept their response as long as they follow through with what they explained the reason for the delay was. Although, having a phone number to call them and then not allowing incoming calls and not replying to customer repeated emails is not good business practice the end result if followed through with is acceptable.

I ordered 3 shirts on September 3rd. They have not been delivered. I have sent 3 emails and tried to call. No response.
Called . Phone not taking in coming calls. Sent emails with no response. Paid with debit card.
