you won't believe this....the shirt got here today...3 months after I ordered it. Thanks for your time and effort. I guess you can close this case.

On 08/29/2017 I ordered 2 Tshirts online from this business. I haven't received my order yet.
On 08/29/17 I ordered 2 t-shirts from this company. The money was taken out of my bank account on 08/30/17. As of 09/28/17 I have not received my order. I have emailed them on 09/19/2017. I called them 4 times on 09/28/17. The last 2 times I called them, the phone picked up and a message saying at the customer's request the phone line was not accepting calls.
I want my product or my money.

Desired Outcome

I either want my money back NOW or my product NOW. 4 weeks to wait with no response is not acceptable.

Order shirts off Facebook ad August 31, 2017. Ad stated American Gun Club Shopping. I paid $20.90 for 2 shirts thru Pay pal using ***. I was sent Invoice # XXXXX via Email and have received my Visa bill showing they received money. Have called customer service # XXX XXX-XXXX, states they do not answer incoming calls. I looked up phone number states it is Dollar T Club a SCAM. Time for the Feds to step in and bust these people. What they are doing is a Federal crime across state lines and other.

Have.cancelled payment. Company has a bad rap on Google.

I ordered 3 shirts on 8/30/17; money was taken out of my account. I have called and emailed with no response.
I ordered and paid for three tee shirts almost a month ago. There has been no word on status of delivery nor refund.

ordered a shirt and it never arrived but they took the money from my account...had to cancel my debit card
purchased it on Sept 7th invoice number XXXXX for $11.95 paid by debit card then had to cancel debit card..item never arrived and had a lot of friends have the same problem and you cant contact them their phone says it doesnt accept incoming calls..phone number on invoice is XXX-XXX-XXXX

I purchased and paid for merchandise online which I have not received.
On 08/14/2017 I responded to an advertisement I saw on Facebook sponsored by the American Gun Club located in Tampa, Fl. They offered a free T-Shirt which I wanted to take advantage of. An upgrade in quality was offered at a cost of $12.99 as well as the chance to obtain additional shirts, up to five (5), if desired. I chose the $12.99 upgrade for my wife and elected to receive another shirt of lesser quality for myself. When I entered my debit card information just one time I was charged for two separate transactions and received separate confirmation emails and receipts for each. The first confirmation receipt information is: Invoice *** on 8/14/2017 for $12.99 USD for a Premium T-Shirt Upgrade and shows a balance of $0.00 dollars owed. This charge I expected but then I received another receipt I wasn't expecting. the information is as follows: Invoice *** on 08/14/2017 for the amount of $19.90 USD for a Large Triggernometry Unisex Tee. It too shows it was charged to my debit card and I owed a balance of $0.00 USD. A total of $32.89 USD has been taken from my account and I still haven't received any merchandise. I sent an email to their support center stating my concern and they have refused to respond. I also notified them through Facebook Messenger advising them I would be filing a complaint if they didn't try to resolve this issue as soon as possible but again they have refused to respond to my inquiry. The contact number on the receipt is listed as (XXX) XXX-XXXX but every time you call it there is no answer or voice mail set up. Their address is listed as XXXXX *** XXXXX. I have since seen numerous comments from other consumers like me who have paid money for merchandise and not received it. I am also still seeing advertisements from this company trying to lure other unsuspecting people into buying products from them.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting that the American Gun Club either refunds the $32.89 they have taken from me or immediately ships me the merchandise I ordered. if neither of these resolutions are met I would like to see the American Gun Club banned from advertising on any type of public media due to their fraudulant business practices. I would also like to have and investigation conducted by Law Enforcement and the person/s responsible for this company be brought up on charges.

There is a class action lawsuit pending against this business, there are over 100 people in the same situation as me, and no one has ever said anything about getting their merchandise

Ordered 2 T-Shirts on July 31,2017. Have not received the order.
I ordered two unisex tees from the seller on July 31,2017. The total price for the order was $15.90. Invoice number for this order is 3101. I have tried contacting the seller as I have not received the order. The money posted to my account on 08/01/2017. I have tried contacting the company through email and telephone. I have had no response from the email, and the phone number says that due to subscriber's request they are not accepting incoming calls.

Desired Outcome

If they company is not going to honor the order, I would like to have a refund of the money that was applied to my credit card.

I ordered from the website on facebook with my husband's name and his email as it states Free T-shirt. They request shipping and handling of $9.98 so when I looked to see where you put your card info, there was no place for your name. I then put my card inf and then sent it. My husband said nothing in his email. A week later I tried again this time with my name and husband's email and my card info. My husband said he received an email but for $70.00. This entailed 4 shirts and 2 packages of car stickers. My bank had processed it and now we have emailed with no response from them to tell them the order was incorrect but we have never received anything in the mail. I am contacting Channel 8 on your side for an investigation.
I also did not want to give any stars but there is no option here.

I ordered a shirt as I have found out lots of other people have, and they take your payment, but enver send the merchandise. They were advertising on FaceBook. Don't order anything fro them, and Facebook should ban them.

On August 14th 2017 I ordered two T-shirts from the American Gun Club at a price of $10.99 each. I never received an email confirmation or a tracking number. I contacted my bank and the money was taken out of my account but I have been unable to reach the American Gun Club through Messenger on Facebook as well as an email address they have on their homepage.

Order placed on Sept. 3rd. I received a conf. email with no prediction of delivery. I have contacted a number that isn't good and emailed support.
Haven't received any word back from the company after contacting multiple times via email support. The number provided with my confirmation email is a bad number, meaning it never rings or is answered. I eould like my money back or my shirt I ordered.

Just checked the tracking number via USPS and the item has not been received.I'm not sure about offering trust to this company just yet.If and when I do receive an item, I will be shocked! There is currently a class action law suit being filed against them for the MANY orders and memberships they have received payment for and no product given.

Ordered and paid for a shirt online and have not received. Company will not respond to my inquiries.
I placed an order for a shirt on their website on 8/31/17. The invoice that I was sent showed that I paid $9.95 also on 8/31/17, the shirt was advertised for free except for shipping and handling.
