Purchased 4 T-Shirts on 11 August 2017 which I have not received as of 6 October 2017
I purchased 4 t-shirt ($52.74) from the American Gun Club that was advertised on Facebook that had Triggernomitry on the front of the shirt on 11 August; 1 for myself, 2 for my military friends, and one for my son. I sent and e-mail asking about the shipment, but have not received any reply. I called on 6 October 2017, but the line drops after the third ring. I did some research and I see that I am not the only person having this issue.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $52.74

I also on Aug. 12th 2017 order 2 T-shirts from the American Gun Club and now almost 2 months later NO shirts and tired to call them few times and NO in going calls message you get from them on their phone # and sent 6-7 e-mails to the site and NEVER hear a thing back from them. I see I'm not alone in this matter by reading other Complaints. Please help in this matter, for either a Full refund!!! They can keep their shirts!

I just received the 2 shirts but still have not received the sweatshirt, I have asked for a refund or the product. No response to emails or phone calls

Placed an order for *** on 9-1-17 received invoice of payment completed, have NOT received shirts ordered. Contacted Co. NO response back.
On 9-1-17 I placed an order for T-shirts costing me $64.74. I received an invoice (INV #XXXXX) form American Gun Club (ACG) stating my payment was approved. On X-XX-XX I sent an Email to ***@americangunclub.com to inquire about the status of my order. Today is 10-4-17 and had no response via email. I called the listed Phone Number of XXX-XXX-XXXX and received a message that the owner of phone number has elected NOT to accept incoming calls. When I google mapped the business the address shows in middle of an intersection and only building in area was what I believe to be a church. The address of said company is XXXXX *** XXXXX. After speaking with a Revdex.com representative in Tampa Fla area I chose to file a complaint.

Desired Outcome

The resolution to this issue would be for either A have my purchased Items shipped over night delivery at Company expense or B refund my money for the amount of $64.74

Bought 4 shirts, have not received them yet.
I bought 4 shirts online. Sent a receipt online. Invoice# XXXXX. On Aug 25, 2017. Sent multiple emails, no response, called the number listed. It says the call cannot go through at the request of them. I would like my shirts, or a refund.

Tracking number appears to be legitimate. Will wait to see if product arrives and is correct before further action. A simple communication could have avoided the whole issue.

I ordered a shirt,"payment successful"9/1/17. I have sent 2 emails asking how long shipping is & requesting a possible change of address depending...
After emailing the company twice I have not received a reply and the last one was a week ago I tried to call the number and it's unavailable.

Desired Outcome

Either a refund or a change of address but I'm leaning more towards the refund because they won't even contact me, so I'm getting the feeling that it's a scam.

Because I never received my shirts from them and I just want my money back all of it

I Ordered a tshirt and 2 pocket knives from them on 08/01/17 received 2 receipts money taken out of account but never received any merchandise.
purchase date 8/01/2017 I have receipts also if needed

I do understand that a hurricane can screw things up but I do think they could have put something on facebook or at least give their customers a reason as to what was happening. I had emailed them at least 3 times with no reply if they would have said we are having problems and your stuff will be sent as soon as we can there never would have been a problem but it seemed as they just took money out of my account and disappeared with no contact about anything. With social media and different ways to let people know I just think it could have been handled better.

I did not get my product that I paid for

July 28 paid by credit card and did not get my items shipped to me even though they took my money.

Desired Outcome

Refund all myoney or replace the items they never sent to me.

I ordered this item two months ago and still have not received it even though they took my money immediately.

I bought 4 shirts online on August 25th. I haven't received my order yet, it is not Oct 4th.
I bought 4 shirts online on Aug 25, purchase order #XXXXX. I received a conformation email and receipt. Since then I have called multiple times trying to talk to someone, each time I get a recording that says " this number is unable to receive incoming calls as requested by the issuer". I have also sent several emails requesting either my money back ($42.80) or my shirts, with no answer.

Desired Outcome

I would like resolution of this issue, as this company seems to be a fraud. Upon doing some research, they have a F with the Revdex.com. What is being done to protect the consumer?

Because of the long wait they can return my money and the t-shirt, this is a better solution

I placed an order 31Aug17. My Card was charged and I have not received any merchandise. I haven't received any response to my email inquires.

Item ordered arrived 4Nov17. Very disappointed with their VERY poor communication and complete lack of response to ALL of my inquiries. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.

I purchased two t-shirts from this company on 08/28/17. As of today, 10/03/17, I have not received the items ordered.

Nothing received from company as of 10/03/17. I have tried calling the number listed on invoice (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and after a couple of rings the receiving number cancels the call. I've also sent an email requesting status of order with no reply.

I have reason to believe this company is a scam. Wish I knew this before making purchase.

Company Is A Fraud.
I ordered a t-shirt and stickers on 8/31/17 two months later no product or refund. Tried to call company and number says they can not accept calls. I was charged 24.55 and I would like my money back.

I ordered a T-shirt on August 29, 2017 which was free you just pay $10.95 shipping, which was promptly taken from my account. I have not received correspondence and no T-shirt. Ordered over a month ago. No response to numerous emails; unable to contact by phone.
