American Gun Club

The company is a scam. People have placed orders with this company and have never received their products.
On 08September2017 I ordered a tshirt on line from American Gun Club for the amount of $24.94. As of today's date I have not received my order. I looked up the company to get contact info, I have called them several times with no luck. I have done further research about the company and have found out that others have done the same and tried as well to contact the company with no luck.

Ordered a shirt, the money has been taken, no shirt and no email with any tracking info. It's been over a week since ordering.
I ordered a t-shirt via a Facebook add for American Gun Club on 9/8/17. The money was immediately taken out of my bank account for 12.95. I received no email with any kind of tracking or shipping information. I messaged them on Facebook and got no reply. I have called the only number I found for them and the recording said the number does not take phone calls.

I ordered 2 shirts 8/17/17 but haven't received my order. Tried contacting them but they don't respond and phone number is not a working number.

I ordered two shirts from this company on 17 AUG 2017 totaling $19.90. I attempted emailing them three times and got no response. When I try to call their customer service number, it does not connect. I don't appreciate my money being stolen from, as I'm sure the other customers don't either.

I got an email confirmation and waited the allotted time for delivery. When the shirts never came I started to contact them. First by e-mail to a man named David at (*** and another email address on their page (https://americangunclub.cratejoy.com/)
Then I left a message for them on facebook at the following link:

Then I tried to call them at (XXX-XXX-XXXX) to which I got a recorded message stating the company does not take incoming phone calls. This outfit will not contact me back. I want my shirts I purchased or my money. Looking at their website today (https://products.americangunclub.com/one-shot-one-kill-tee) when I tried to log into my account it states that I am not registered with them.It also states that they are out of stock on all their tee shirts. Their address shows as XXXXX *** XXXXX. These people are ripping people off.

Ordered products not delivered. Limited and misleading replies to questions.
Ordered 2 "Tactical Koozie" beverage holders on July 12, 2017 from an advertisement on Facebook. Invoice # 1030 and 1031. Did not receive product within the specified time limit.

Contacted them by email on August 8, 2017. They replied it may take 15-30 days to receive order. Contacted them again on August 13, 2017. They replied the warehouse has them and would "ship ASAP"

Today is Sept 7, 2017 and still no product. It has been a total of 56 days since my initial order.

Placed order on 8/11/17. Email three times asking for status update on order, as this is a present, no response. Called 813-454-6000 machine saying does not accept incoming calls.

DO NOT purchase anything from American Gun Club. They don't ship the product (2 months later and still waiting) Phone calls to their number go unanswered. emails to their site (support@americangunclub) are never returned. And if and when you message them from their facebook page, they say that they never sold that product, and the email must be "through the same clickfunnels landing page software." And if you call the secondary number for them, a lady answers and seems annoyed that you are calling her and say that "I will tell them to call you." Moral of the story DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This is a fraudulent company. I ordered 2 shirts August 17th 2017 and it is Sept. 7th. No shirts delivered. No cust. support No co. phones answered!

On 8-30-17 I ordered a shirt off of a Facebook page called Americangunclub.com. I accidentally submitted an order for their monthly VIP subscription, I didn't mean to do that, I right away tried to get in contact with their customer service to start the cancellation process but I can not seem to get anybody to respond. My checking account was charged for 10.95(T-Shirt) and then 19.95(VIP subscription). I no longer want anything from this place because of their poor customer service. I want my money refunded ASAP
