You spoke to *** our customer service manager on 06/29 and agreed to
a refund of $117.00. I did think that this matter was closed. I do apologize for the delays. There is more then the cost of the part that goes into the cost of the service. The technician did explain the cost of the repair and it was agreed on before he repaired the air conditioner. ABC is a flat rate company, this means we charge by the job and not by the hour.

Mike G and Rick came to my house this morning to do a plumbing inspection and I'm so happy they didI had a slight leak from my kitchen faucet into the cabinet belowOne of our toilets had a slight leak into the basement and our sump pump and backup sump pump needed to be replacedThey took care of all of these problems in a very timely matter AND they cleaned up after they did the workI have such peace of mind knowing that potential problems were nipped in the bud
Mike G from ABC Plumbing came out today to fix a water heater problem He did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and then solving it I really like the way ABC Plumbing stays at your home until the job is done no matter how long it takes Their employees always use tarps, if necessary, and clean up afterwards Mike G has worked on my plumbing before, and he is such a pleasant young man and a very competent plumber He has solved a number of tricky problems for me, and I would not hesitate to call on him or ABC again
We had several plumbing issues and all were handled in an excellent fashionOne complication arose and our plumber Adam Cwas able to figure out a workaround and get the job done He was very professional, timely, and neat We are very happy with the service provided
ABC Plumbing overcharged me for a clogged me a clogged and charged my credit
card without authorization for $865.00!The charge was a cancellation for
a new toilet and replacement!In their waiver ABC Plumbing along with
their waiver states a customer is allowed three days to cancel any
plumbing service without any chargeAt the time of ABC Plumbing service
for my clogged bathtub drain, Brian the ABC plumber billed my
credit card without authorization, $865.00, ABC Plumbing on the
receipt stated this amount was a down payment ( the truth is that was full
payment for the toilet not a the down payment)I cancelled the charge
probably about the time ABC Plumbing was charging credit card the
full amount of $ dollars!ABC representative Dale assured me I would
receive the total refundShe never mention when my refund would be
credited back to my credit card and I have no refund from ABC
except a large credit balance all as a result of ABC Plumbing!
My credit card company has filed dispute charges against this
company and I am considering action for non authorization charges
to my credit card!Avoid this company at all costs!
ABC Plumbing is costing me plenty in costs and huge aggravation!
Thanks to the deceptive practices of ABC Plumbing I am no longer
naive about plumbing costs and plumbing companies!

because: On Tuesday 4-19-*** Tech, From ABC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electric came to my home according to him to do the work, I asked him to explain exactly how he was going to do the work, he described wrapping the pipe around the fence post with many connections, I told him that exactly what the city Plumbers from the 9th floor of city hall told me wont pass inspection because it gets clogged, they told me how the job needed to be done in order to be in compliance with city code, When I describe how the city plumbers said the job needed to be done, *** replied he didn't bring enough pipe material, I told him where the nearest *** and *** *** were I told him do the job today or come back tomorrow, *** indicated he needed a down payment of 1,dollars I replied and you will get paid in full cash or credit card what ever you want as soon as you get the job done today or tomorrow the job is only approximately a hour job He made a phone call to who I don't know and turned to me and said , this is where the company and consumer part ways I made a phone call to *** the manager or *** and they never returned the call, The bottom line was they wanted the repair to fail inspection because *** the manager had indicated that if it failed inspection they would charge me another dollars to re dig the pipe, why not do the job correctly from the start , because they wanted more money than what was agreed 3,and our business has been concluded , I'm seeking for a another plumber that would do the job according to city inspection code

Rob #was the service technician who performed an Ultimate Furnace Tuneup at my home today He arrived on time and was dressed in a clean uniform with I.DHe was very pleasant and efficient and really gave our furnace a thorough going over, even though he knew I had a discount coupon for the service We are very pleased with the service he performed today
Adam Cfrom ABC Plumbing just did a great job on a service call at our home He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable He corrected the problem with our garbage disposal quickly and even gave me some tips on how to prevent problems in the future Adam represented ABC Plumbing very well and I would specifically ask for him if I had any future problems He was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate the info he provided about their service plan

This Company's *** *** *** rating is a mirage It recently contacted us to "remind" us that our heating unit was due for its annual service No sooner had the technician begun work then he informed us that our boiler's circuitboard had been "fried," that our heat was out, and that it would cost $to fix He was a mixture of defensiveness and incoherence when it came to explaining what, exactly had happened My house had gone from a perfectly working and function heated home to a home with no heat just as late November temps dropped to the 30s ABC's response was to shrug its shoulders Not only did the story change from the tech to the receptionist, there was no meaningful sense of accountability This company is either scamming you by reminding you that you need work as a means of finding/creating problems -- or are they are incompetent Either way, both the initial point of contact (the tech) and the customer service after we encountered a problem (management) were unsatisfactory We've severed our business relationship with ABC, will not use them again, and would not recommend them to others Seeing them on here with an A+ rating just causes me to question the utility of this rating system These guys are a joke

Tried to sell me a maintenance contract in order for me to get a discount on the estimate of services that I needed which was overly priced to begin with! I would never recommend that compamy!!!
Tom *** was fast, polite, and did great work He was very professional in how he explained what needed to be done, and also explained ABC's services very well

annual check upIt is an older unit but he checked it and gave it a great check upDidn't try to sell me anything I did not need and that is greatly appreciated
Tom L came to check all water supplies and equipmentHe recommended a few changes, but was NEVER a hard sell, explaining carefully what the situation was and how it could be improvedWe opted for tank upgrades for our bathrooms.After he installed one, he was not satisfied with the way that toilet was functioning and showed us how it was wasting waterWe opted for a new toilet and he installed it promptly
We will be making further changes in a few months based on his recommendation
