more extensive rodding and go thru multiple times. The 93 or Free program is designed as an opportunity for a family to save one-time on rodding when in a difficult situation with a backed-up sewer. The rodding is for going thru one-time and getting the sewer open, if we are unable to open the sewer we waive the fee. Many times additional work is necessary for this type of rodding and as such we camera the sewer at no additional charge.
The tech we sent out was a technician who is capable of looking at the other plumbing issue the customer called about and doesn't specialize in rodding and that is why he didn't have the equipment on the truck. The rodding specialists would not have been able to diagnose that issue.
Due to the customer service representatives error,
If the customer would like I am willing to go through the sewer with a 3" cutter one time for the $93 as maintenance and provide the free camera inspection at no additional charge.

Had plumber out for simple 15 minute replacement of fill valve in toilet. Was charged $403!!! Got quote from another licensed plumber for $130!! This company does not care about anything other than relieving you of your money.

I called ABC to send out an electrician. Tom [redacted] came out. He was knowledgeable and kind. He did all the work he said he would and was honest about work that he believed didn't need to be done. I would hire Tom [redacted] for any electrician job!

I would never ever recommend anyone to ABC.
I called ABC for 2 security lights and 2 indoor light fixture installation. They have end up giving me an estimate with $3127. Would any one pay 3127 dollars for fixing 4 lights worth of $190. They are just trying to make money with the visits($49) by giving un

Great service and quick response

Hot water heater started leaking so I called ABC Plumbing to come take a look. Told the plumber when he arrived to quote me on replacing the unit. When we sat down instead of quoting me immediately I received a sales pitch for something he called a club which basically would allow me to pay them $220 per year to do an annual inspection. Was told that if I joined the club I'd receive a cheaper quote. I said I'll think about it but could we get to the quote on the water heater. After all that's why I called and at the moment had no water period as I shut the main valve off.The plumber then looked in his book for pricing quoted me a figure of $1747 dollar for a standard 50 gallon 6-year warranty gas tank. I was astounded at the price. I inquired if he thought I was desperate because of my situation, The plumber came back with water heater prices had really gone up in last few years because of new regulations and better insulation. I said thanks but no thanks. The plumber then told me it was $59 service charge for his visit. I paid it but shouldn't have as all I asked for was a quote. No work was done and he spent about two minutes looking at my heater setup. Finally, reviewing back on our interaction I never received a brochure or literature of any kind on the hot water unit that was quoted. Never saw a breakdown of parts and labor totals. Totally dissatisfied with the hole process and would advise everyone never to call ABC Plumbing & Heating.

Tim is an excellent customer minded professional. Tim serviced our furnace and air filtration system. He provided service beyond what you would expect a professional to do. In other words I will request Tim on all my future service needs and look forward to recommending ABC and Tim to my friends and family. ABC has a real winner here. I am glad that they have him on their team.
My only complaint is that they do not carry my [redacted] air filters in stock. Had to do with cost and potential damage while in storage. Now they have to come back a second time to install the new filter. My suggestion is that they review their records for the type of filter I have used in the past, pick it up, and then send out their technician. I hope this can be done.

Just had furnace serviced by Matt, Senior HVAC...super guy and efficient. This was our first contact with ABC...needless to say it won't be the last.

On time & professional - the work was done to my satisfaction

We had several plumbing projects that had to be taken care of. Mike G and his assistant arrived within the expected time frame. They both did a great job on the installations and explained to us what steps they were taking to complete the job. I would highly recommend ABC Plumbing and Heating and will request Mike and his assistant for future projects.

I have never had a bad experience working with ABC. Staff is always friendly and prompt.

After an initial mix up with scheduling the service team of Mike G and John could not have been better. Professional, polite and very personable. Excellent and efficient work. Very clean. All questions answered thoroughly.

We recently had plumbing issues and used ABC to solve our plumbing problems. At that time we joined their Club and for a monthly fee we could receive a courtesy Furnace Tune-up and also an Air Conditioning Tune-up in the Spring. If we have any problems with plumbing, HVAC, or Electric we now get a free service call to diagnose the problem and get a quote on the repair. On Monday we had David *. come and service our Furnace. He was courteous and explained what he would be doing and any improvements we might want to have done. We are very satisfied with ABC and would recommend joining their Club. They have great customer service skills and let their customers know what to expect.

I am not sure what customer this was for but I can tell you a few facts that always pertain to ABC.
We quote all pricing up front...

using a flat rate book which is the same for any and all customers. We have been in business for over 60 years and have succeed because of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are a little higher priced than many plumbers based upon the level of service we provide. The level of service which includes things like same day service, having all the parts on our trucks and having highly skilled fully trained licensed plumbers on staff.
That being said I know that we always quote a price before doing work, we always prepare the work area to ensure no damage to the home, always perform the work to the highest standards in the industry, we always test the work and clean-up the work area so it is better than when we found it.
We take great pride in serving our customer and having over 60% of our customer use us multiple times. We are not for everyone especially a bargain minded customer who is not looking for excellent service. We are similar to a nice steak house where the service is better and the food tastes better, rather than going to Denny's for a steak. All of our people are back ground checked and drug tested and we only higher the best in the industry and then provide them with over 80 hours of training per year to ensure they stay the best and continue to improve.
I am willing to issue a refund of $100.00 to the customer if we can get the tenants information since I can't find the landlords information in my computer system.

We have been customers of ABC for many years now and find all of the technicians to be knowledgeable and polite. Alex was no exception. He arrived on time, thoroughly checked both furnaces and left things very clean.

I had an issue with my ground faults tripping the ground fault circuit breaker. I called to have one of ABC service techs to come out to look/repair it. He went down stairs and told me that they don't make the circuit breakers any longer for the panel I have and it was not up to code. The entire panel would need to be replaced with a cost of $2700. I told him I get back in touch with ABC if I was interested.
I called another company out and they "amazingly" found the replacement circuit breaker at [redacted] for $65.00 (FYI they still make the part for the circuit panel) and they also figured out what was tripping the circuit breaker. Also asked the service tech if the panel was not up to code. He stated that it was up to code. The total repair was $200 compared to ABC's cost of $2700!!!!
I was lied to not only once by your ABC but twice! ABC is only out to get in deep in the customer's wallet. Beware of their deceptive practies to consumers....Get a second opinion!

Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He treated my home with great respect and went above and beyond with a variety of electrical needs.

Our standard diagnostic fee is $59.00 for any plumbing service call.  If the customer chooses to go ahead with the quoted repair(s) this fee is waived. In this case the customer chose not to go ahead with repair, so the diagnostic fee is applicable. The coupon the customer is referring...

to states $45.00 off any plumbing, heating , cooling, or electrical REPAIR, and is not applicable to the diagnostic fee. We are sorry for the confusion and will happily refund this customer the $45.00 for the coupon he thought he could apply to his service call.  Thank you.

Brett did an outstanding job cleaning our furnace and was very positive and knowledgeable.
