Dan V. and his partner from ABC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace for us and did a fantastic job! They were experienced, professional, and timely and we are very happy with our new furnace and its installation.

My HVAC tech Erik H was on time, professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks for stopping by Erik, the furnace is running great!

Anthony [redacted] form ABC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electric provided the most thorough furnace maintenance that I have ever received. His detailed explanation of all that he did was much appreciated.

My plumbing Technician was Tom I. He was on time, did a thorough job, was personable, friendly and fixed what I thought was going to be a complex issue VERY quickly. As a matter of fact, I thought he would have to first diagnose the issue, then come back when he had the appropriate parts. It was all done within 45 in and I was very pleased. Tom I. was great and also explained what happened very well.

We were offered prompt, courteous service from a true professional.
We were explained what needed to be done and our kitchen sink problem was
corrected that day. We highly recommend this company and look
forward to using them in the future.

Monday (Jan-26-2017) morning exactly at scheduled time 8:00am, Tim [redacted] showed up to provide scheduled maintenance for furnace at my resident in Gurnee IL from ABC company.
I received an Excellent service A+ without any doubt. Tim was very professional, detailed oriented person who was loaded with interpersonal and customer care skills.
I loved the way he worked and explained each step of his service with honesty and sincerity to me.
I was very happy with the quality of the service and education I received from Tim regarding the optimum performance out of the heating and the integrated humidifier system is in my use.

I was most impressed with Anthony [redacted] of ABC. He was very knowledgable, courteous and discovered a problem caused by the previous ABC worker and left info to help me get it fixed with the ABC people. I'd be most pleased to always have him as my technician.

Mike K was helpful. Explained why and what he was doing. He found the issue right away but did a thorough check and waited ample time to make sure my issue was resolved. He also gave me suggestions for future maintenance without being pushy.

We had a pretty straightforward job to install a new kitchen faucet in a 3 year old home with minimal changes to the plumbing. I was quoted $1,800. Yes, EIGHTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. To install a faucet. The new sink we put in was a little deeper so the PVC pipes needed to be cut to size but that was about it.

I of course did not accept that quote, but I was charged $59 for them to even come out and give that absurd price. What a waste of time and money.

I sent pictures of the existing plumbing to a friend who is a contractor and he said "Easy fix. Should take 5-10 minutes and maybe $10 in supplies at the most."

Ideally I would like to get my $59 back but at a minimum, I want to raise a complaint so that other people don't get treated this way in the future.

I have been a contract customer with ABC Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for many years and have always been very pleased with their service and reliability. Every tech has been great. But I wanted to especially comment on the fantastic service by Tech Tim L. He was SO KNOWLEDGABLE, thorough and patient in explaining what he was doing, educating and answering ALL my questions.. We were concerned with our furnance's lifespan and safety and Tim L. went the extra mile to investagate thoroughly the system above what I have every seen before during a maintenance check. I was so impressed with his expertise and I am not easily impressed I assure you. ABC should be proud to have Tim L on staff. I certainly will ask for him for all future maintenance appointments. Bravo Tim!!

price book. this was remedy and the correct price of $823 was charged to the customer and a refund given for the additional amount.

The consumer indicated ONLINE that the business responded to this complaint to his/her satisfaction. He/she also stated:
I was contacted on 4/2/14 by [redacted] from ABC PHCE and we discussed the matter. She talked with the plumbing manager and she said the plumber was new and misquoted the job, which they should have caught. They did promise me a refund for what the job should of cost. I am happy enough with the settlement and just want to put it behind me.

I had a very nice experience with Erik H. from ABC Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and had outstanding customer service. He recommended a product that I may try in the future to further enhance my home air flow.

Jared first question to me was, what were my concerns. Jared also confirmed if there were any unusual noises or odors since the issue began. Jared took time to gather information before beginning his assessment. Once he evaluated the issue, he provided all of the options. Due to the extreme age of the appliances, although he did recommend replacement of the appliances, Jerad's approach was that it was ultimately our decision, but he was thorough in the possible additional cost or potential issues with a repair of the current appliances. We had not originally realized the company handled plumbing and electrical. It is rare when you can do 'one stop shopping' in regards to the trades. We hope the installation team will provide continued professional and quality service.

Had the most positive experience with a sincere qualified service technician Bob [redacted]. Bob took the time to listen to my heating problems and did the necessary investigation to determine the cause of my problem. I never received that type of concern from other heating companies. I found Bob serious about his work and truly admired his work ethic. Bob represents a trustworthy impression of the company he represents.

Our Plumbing Tech Brandt A. was courteous, knowledgeable , clean and friendly. We would request any future ABC service calls to be handled by Brandt.

ABC office staff and technician were very positive and responsive in their service. I was pleased with the overall timeliness and professionalism.

Despite Revdex.com saying that they have spoken with this businees about "flat rate pricing" and Revdex.com saying it has been rectified, this practice is still in place.

I was charged $600 for the tech to pull the toilet. Left marks on the wall, scratches on the floor from their equipment, I had to help the second tech carry THEIR rooter equipment up the stairs to prevent the possibility of damage from banging rooter up the stairs, and I had to repair the leak on the toilet after they left. I would not let these guys back in my house!!!

I just received service from Tony [redacted] and can't say enough about him. Very professional and such a nice man. Because of him, I am so happy that I chose ABC ...

I would like to state my appreciation for the services provided by Anthony [redacted] from the ABC Heating and Cooling company. Anthony was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain various questions that we had pertaining to our heating and humidification system. I rate the service the be excellent and would recommend to other.

The HVAC technician Brett P. of ABC was courteous, explained all service

and repair steps to be done very well, and completed the work

efficiently and to our full satisfaction.
