American Star installed my furnace and A/C system years ago and have maintained it since then I am extremely pleased with their service They are on-time, courteous and professional They do excellent work and take the time to explain to me specific test results/measurements on the various components and operations of my system

I bought my furnace about years ago from American Star The owner Alan M put up with all my questions and complaints - the system has worked well and this year got a few new parts Jason was very helpful in showing me what he was working on and what needed to be fixed He gave cost estimates, estimated turnaround time, and helpful suggestions on maintenance Graduated from my high school as well but a young pup compared to me! Peace and thanks for the great experience Carol from the office was courteous as well in setting up the appointment, cost options, inventory check and letting me know when the tech was dispatched

Excellent service and installation

Jason L from American Star came to prep our unit for the winter this week. He was great! He was very friendly and explained everything that was going on with our system. This is the second time that he has come to our home. He was here in the spring to clean out AC. We will definitely be asking for him again.
