Air Conditioning went out yesterday evening (Friday), the weekend was supposed to be in the 90's. Called after hours, about 6:30pm and was pleasantly surprised Gabby answered the phone. I told her it was not an emergency but would appreciate someone coming out the next day. She was very pleasant and said a tech would call tomorrow. I received a call that the tech would come between 1-3, then a second call at 12:20 that Jason was on his way. Jason was polite, courteous & knowledgeable, put shoe covers on when in the house and fixed the problem (capacitor) in no time.! The company is great!! Excellent communication, prompt and personable. What more can you ask for?

I have been using American Star to maintain my furnace and air conditioner for years. Our furnace was making noises but I wasn't sure a repairman could find the problem because the noises had stopped. The repairman listened to an audio recording of the noises on my [redacted], examined the fan and found the problem.

America Star Total Home Comfort is an excellent company to do business with. I have been using them for many of years for my heating and cooling needs. Never experienced a negitive service call. The whole team is great to do business with. Carol and Al are always great at setting up my appointments. Marty and Adam are always very good at doing any service and PM that is required. Customer service is number 1.

Their employees are very friendly and really know their product. They arrive on time as scheduled and readily answer any questions you might have. When making the initial contact the woman answering the phone is very friendly and handles the scheduling very efficiently. They are a good group and stand behind their product.

I am new to Illinois and have used this company twice to service my ac/heater. They are very customer friendly and responsive. For the recent service they sent a technician named Adam. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend him.

The blower motor on my furnace went out on a Sunday night. I called American Star Total Home Comfort early Monday morning and explained the problem. Carol was very helpful in finding me an appointment that same day. Marty the tech found the problem in short order, told me my options, and made the repairs right away. Since I already had a service contract Marty did my fall furnace tune up at the same time!
Marty was on time, polite, worked quickly and took time to explain some other issues I might have in the future. Thanks again Marty.

American Star installed a hot water heater for me on 12/01/16. Jon and Adam worked quickly to remove my old one and snug the new one into a tight space. We had hot water in about 2 hours including the time it took to install the unit. They both did a 5 star job of explaining how to maintain it and they left my utility room clean. Thank you both.
