We hired American Star to replace our hot water heater and also do some work on a bathroom exhaust connection to an outside vent. Joe and Chris showed when scheduled on time. They were friendly and courteous. They worked quickly and quietly. What impressed me most was the fact they were very careful to clean up everything. There was no trace left behind of them doing work. They tested everything before they left and explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. We have used American Star in the past and will continue to use them.

We switched from one of those larger companies to American Star a couple of years ago. The techs from we get now " usually Jim D " have experence and have never tried to sell us on a repair that was not needed. And the nice part is that they work within a 2 hour window and allow you the opportunity to request the tech of your choice. We could not be more please with this company!

I called American Star for the first time based on on-line reviews for a semi-emergency. I got an appointment quickly, Adam showed up exactly on time and did thorough and professional job. I also felt the cost was very fair. I will be using American Star in the future for maintenance and repairs.

Our A/C went out yesterday. We called after-hours yesterday and received a quick phone call back. We were informed that a tech would be out in the morning. The tech showed up around 8:40AM and went right to work diagnosing the problem. Adam explained everything to me very clearly and answered my questions. He provided some good suggestions on what to do to fix the problems or even get the system to work a little better.

Like many homeowners, I learned that my AC is not working, when I first turned it on, Thursday, May 26, 2016. I called Carol, from the American Star to schedule an appointment, and she couldn't have been more helpful, even though all her repairmen were overbooked for this day. She assured me that Adam C., one of the technicians will stop by, later that evening, which he did. Adam C. is a total professional. He answered all my questions, diagnosed the problem quickly, provided me with an estimate and proceeded to correct the problem successfully. I was so impressed, I asked Carol to schedule Adam for the next day, to fix my elderly's mother, AC. There's no doubt in my mind, whom I will call, next time I have an issue with my HVAC. I will also recommend American Star Home Comfort to all my neighbors.
