We have used American Star for the past 15 years because their overall professionalism gained our complete confidence. The products, service and maintenance they have provided for us has been outstanding and we found their pricing to be most competitive. We are especially happy with,Service Pro, Jim D, as he goes above and beyond making sure our heating and cooling systems operate at their peak performance. And instructs us how to maintain that efficiency throughout the year. We would recommend both Jim D. and American Star to any and all.

I used American Star for the first time as I just moved and needed a first furnace tune up. Jason came out and did a great job of not only servicing the furnace but taking time to explain what he was doing and the importance of each step. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. This is the first time that Adam came to service the furnace, and as with all pros at American Star, he was professional, knowledgeable, reliable. In fact, he found a small gas leak and remedied it. He also suggested that the AC unit be leveled in the spring to perhaps give it a few more years of operation.
