American Star Total Home Comfort

Outstanding and quality service. I've used them for over 8 years to perform annual service and repair on both AC and furnace. I recommend them for anyone requiring heating or AC installation, repair or annual service.

Yesterday I had Jim *. from American Star service my heating systems. He is excellent, courteous and thorough. I have used American Star for the past 2 1/2 years after a few bad experiences with other companies. I have been extremely pleases every step of the way through my annual services to any problems that have come up and even an estimate for possible replacements.

Jason was personable and explained what he was doing during furnace tune-up. However he was not as thorough as other American Star employees who have serviced my furnace in the past. Instead of using a vacuum cleaner, he merely used a cloth to clean the various parts.

very nice, came when stated. Clean and even took off his shoes at the door. went over cost and explained in detail what I needed.

I met with Al in the morning to go over my options for an a/c unit and had one installed the same day! Jon and Jason installed the unit. They were both meticulous with their work and didn't mind my son and dog following them around! They taught me how to operate the new thermostat and showed me the new equipment and answered my many questions. They did not leave until the job was finished even if that meant working late! I would highly recommend American Star for their amazing customer service and their work.

Adam [redacted] was prompt for our appointment and very professional in his approach to our HVAC issues. His work was exactly what we expected and he explained everything he was doing very well. I will recommend Adam and American Star to our friends and neighbors and will certainly utilize American Star services in the future! Great first impression!

We had a scheduled appointment for between 8:00 and 10:00AM and he arrived just after 8:00. Adam was very thorough in completing my fall checkup and explained everything he did after it was complete. He was courteous, polite, and personable. I have been dealing with American Star for years and have always been happy and satisfied with every aspect of their organization.
