Heller's Gas was hired to fill our propane tank Two days after their service technician was here to fill the tank I happened to be outside by the tank and heard it leaking I called Heller gas to have them check the problem and told them I was concerned that it was due to one of their technicians working in that area and that I didn't feel comfortable paying the service fee They came out to fix it, which ended up taking minutes and we were told a screw was overstripped and leaking They did not give me a bill at the time Now, a few months later I received a bill for the service fee PLUS a finance charge AND a late fee and it was the first bill they ever gave me! I called and spoke with two managers and both of them said it was my fault because I own the tank and neither of them could even try to understand the unique coincidence that two days after someone from Heller Gas was here working in that area that the leak could have been caused by a mistake she made while working

I called around to different propane companies and the average price per gallon was $ When I called Heller's, they told me their price per gallon was $ When questioned why I was being charged $a gallon, I was told "their must be a glitch in the system" There must've been a glitch in the system for the past years because all my propane bills ranged about $3.40-$a gallon This company is price gauging their customers who have been customers for years I want this looked into and I want a refund of all the gallons I've paid almost a dollar more than what I should've been charged I've been a customer since 9/and my bills started to increase the following year

This company repeatedly shows up unannounced, claims to fill the propane tank, then bills usRepeatedly, they've been told we do not use the propane, do not fill it, do not show up unannouncedToday they called my husband out of the blue and claimed we owe them $for tank rentalRight on their website it says they do NOT charge tank rental feesThey always write off the chargeHowever, I believe they are dodgy and trying to deliver services not ordered and then charge for themNow they are also advertising a free product (the propane tank), but attempting to collect fees for it more than a year later after a hefty bill is run upWe will no longer do business with themBut I worry others will be scammed by these dodgy business practices, particularly older people who depend on propane to heat their homes

If you get something pay for it, and they do the best of their ability to accommodate!! I commend Hellers Gas, we recently have relocated back to Pennsylvania and this time living in a fifth wheel camperWe hadnt expected to be here for winter months but something bigger has other plans...once we realized we would be here all winter this year, we scrambled trying to keep warmI called several places and not only were they the cheapest they were by far the quickest and friendliest I had spoken with, they were “real” people with a definite understanding of life’s chaos! I got propane about weeks agoI haven’t put my propane on till toda and it’s already down to I knew something was wrong so I went outside to check it and the place where they put the propane the cap was open not even closed! I’m not happy that I lost that amount when I didn’t use it!

On September 12, my family and I moved from the Lebanon home As scheduled in November (2017) a propane delivery of gallons from Heller's was made to my Lebanon home which raised the tank level to 80% (aproxgallons) When I went to check on the property on 2/15/I smelled a strong propane odor outside the home, turned off the propane at the tank, and noticed that the tank gage was registering 0% The fact that the tank was leaking also was witnessed by our park manager, Randal LS***
