During this current cold spell I dont feel that my customer needs are being filled I also feel that I am being lied to and misinformed about my delivery ticket I have less than 15lbs of propane and requested propane over a week ago and still can not get a delivery date When I was told over a week ago by another employee that it would be 1-days for delivery Now Im told I cant be given a date Not happy with the current customer service I have a yr old and a mos old pregnant daughter as well as pets and other family members in the home And freezing pipe concerns Having tp keep the heat down to degrees or less to avoid running out

Our complaint: We paid Heller's Gas Incmore than 100$ to have our gas filled todayThey PROMISED at 10:00AM to get to our location by the afternoonIt is now 4:30PM Eastern time and they did NOT come as they said they wouldThis is wrongThis is bad businessThe temperature is going down and we are turning into popsiclesI called them to try to determine what the problem isThey said, "We'll get to you when we get to you.", even though I explained that we paid extra money to have the gas delivered right awayI tried to ask why they are doing this, but they hung up on meI was upset, but polite and courteousThat is more than I can say of THEM
We're been a business customer of Heller's for a whilehowever this year they filled the tank twice in a one month without our permission; then sent us a billthen when we questioned itthey got mean and apprehensive and then without notice they took the tank, the fuel and then still expected us to pay for itwhen we said no; they sent the request to court(the kicker to this is when they took the tank; they also took our line and regulator...)
I used to like Heller'sthey were good to deal with, they were understanding, compassionate and worked with their customersbut lately; they're changed and have lost focus of what made them successfulIt's a shame; as they were the best out therebut these days I would say avoid them at all costsSadly; I'd rather be cold all winter then have to deal with them ever againThey do not do business correctly and take advantage of their customers (especially those in need of emergency fuel in the middle of winter
This company repeatedly shows up unannounced, claims to fill the propane tank, then bills usRepeatedly, they've been told we do not use the propane, do not fill it, do not show up unannouncedToday they called my husband out of the blue and claimed we owe them $for tank rentalRight on their website it says they do NOT charge tank rental feesThey always write off the chargeHowever, I believe they are dodgy and trying to deliver services not ordered and then charge for themNow they are also advertising a free product (the propane tank), but attempting to collect fees for it more than a year later after a hefty bill is run upWe will no longer do business with themBut I worry others will be scammed by these dodgy business practices, particularly older people who depend on propane to heat their homes
I am a US Veteran (Army) honorable dischargedage with numerous health issues I have been treated in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner by this company HELLER'S Propane I have had numerous problems with delivery issues of propane to heat my home in the last years The tank now owned by Hellers, which was transferred by *** *** when my house was constructed in 1998, is a subterrain tank located on my property My wife who is and recuperating from the Flu and respiratory condition, made a request for Propane delivery on 3/12/and 3/13/(to be delivered on 3/13/(%) left in tank, due to forcasted NorEastern snow storm Heller's refused delivery (Trish :Hellers rep stated that they had to Prioritize deliveries to all patrons.) The snow storm presented with 8-12" of snow and than Heller's stated that I had to go shovel out the tank location that the delivery can be made I can barely walk it is cold in the house and we order the Propane when we hav
Leased a gal tank delivered FULL Had filled several times Sold my trailer so they picked up a full tank Called today to see if I could get reimbursed for the gas I PAID FOR ($100.00) and was told they don't reimburse for the gas left in the tank So they changed me $for the gas took the tank and then charged the next person $for the gas WAY TO GET DOUBLED PAID FOR THE SAME GAS! NEVER AGAIN!
