informationSunTrust responded to our client by telephone.In our conversation with the client we discussed the
following:The client opened his account on July 20, and SunTrust
closed his account on July 21, During the
review process a business
decision to close this account.We suggested he contact the Early Warning System (EWS) at
*** *** *** for additional informationThe client told us he had already done
so and was not satisfied with their response.We apologized and told him that we will not be able to open
an account for him at this time

We have received and reviewed your correspondence forwarded
to us by the BB regarding fees that we assessed to your checking accountWe

You indicated you were not clear what your daily balance was
on the above referenced
accountThe account balance is updated on our
overnight processing, giving you a balance at that timeHowever, please
understand the available funds in your account may be affected by the approval
of check card purchased that had not been presented for payment
Our records reflect that your available balance on May
was *** as you had an approved purchased of *** that had not yet postedOn
May 6, 2013, four check card transactions were presented and paid on the above
account; ** approved on May 3, 2014, ** approved on May 2, 2014; ** approved on
May 4, 2014; ** approved on May 3, These four items were paid against insufficient
funds and as a result you incurred a ** overdraft fee for each item **On May
8, the account had a balance of negative **Two items were presented for

Concerning check card transaction, once a check card debit
transaction is authorized, a hold is placed on the client’s account for the
amount of the transaction, which reduces your available balanceFunds on hold
for pending check card debits cannot be used for other purposed even thought he
transaction has not posted against the account

check card transactions to be presented for payment and permanently post to the
accountFor this reasons, clients must maintain accurate account records

I appreciate the time that Suntrust took to provide an answer; however; this is babbling jargonI have contacted the President, ** *** *** with Suntrust on the list as I expect this inquiry to be removedI was not informed of any specifics that my credit was being bounced all over like a ping pong ball gone wild and this avenue of business is unacceptable to meI financed cars with my credit union, only after I discovered that the cars were ran through numerous finance company's. This entire financing process with the dealer has been total heartacheI DO NOT accept Suntrusts answer regarding the way purchasing an automobile company works in financingI understand exactly how they work and it's unethical and damaging to the consumers credit reportsonce I was able to get actual facts of where the cars were financed I qualified at my credit unionThis form of guerilla tactics is shamefulSuntrust, you have your hand in it too! If in fact, you would've financed the vehicle, you would've received a kick back since you're contracted with Erdman MotorsHowever' you apparently didn't find me worthy and chose to deny while ruining me with a hard hit on my credit report
I was worthy to finance with my *** *** which didn't even bother hitting my credit again because my history with them explains all they needed to know about meEither way, I want the inquiry removedYou have been a part of a behind the scenes plan at dealerships to wear a consumer down, leave them sitting for hours without any answer whatsoever on what is going on- only to end up after dark with some finance guru's that explain nothing but also know that the consumer is so exhausted that they can pass anything in front of them to get out the door
I want the inquiry removed! Under the ***, you are legally required to report accurate information if you report the information, you are however, not legally obligated to report information under the ***, unless, you have a contract with the credit bureau's that's behind the door tactics too
Please do not patronize me with the *** rights and your rights as a contracted company with ErdmanI know my rights and I am the one that has been violated and I'm the one that has taken a hard hit on my credit reports that is adversely effecting me as I type thisSo, instead of quoting rules, religions, or anything else, please remove the inquiryThere is no point in you ruining my life

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIn their response, Sun Trust States that they have no WRITTEN statement from me in which I listed a specific rate at which I would authorize them to make the transfer What they Continue to ignore, however, is the fact that their own employee, ***, the branch manager in ***, has CONTINUALLY ADMITTED TO HAVING RECALLED my having recalled the Rates my bank would have been giving me AND that I told her IF they would be using a similar rate, THEN they should go,ahead and transfer the money It was totally clear, at least by implication for anyone with the slighest amount of intelligence, that if another lower exchange rate was going to be applied, then I should be contacted and asked for further instructions
What reall infrarotes me is the fact that not only did *** admit to having recalled the Rates I mentioned, SHE HAS ALSO ADMITTED that SHE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER to inquire what exchange was going to be used, thus depriving me of the opportunity to make a more informed decision Again, whether she chose to do so out of incompetence, negligence, or willful Intention is a question I cannot answer
What galls me even more is that *** *** doesn't even choose to address these legitimate claims I am making Not once has she Adressen the wrongful handling of this whole matter by her branch manager in *** Furthermore, while she points out the instructions she says she was given by the lawyer *** ***, I would like to take this opportunity to point out that *** *** is NOT my lawyer and that either he normte branch of Sun Trust in *** had written instructions from me regarding anything, one way or the other

to the account referenced above and the processing of your online bill paymentI understand this has been a frustrating situation for youand I regret any inconvenience causedThank you for the opportunity to respond. Our records show that, on December 31, ~' you made a mobile check deposit for $to the account (copy enclosed)During the review process of the deposit, we determined that a hold needed to be placed on the account for $due to the reason noted on the Notice of Hold (copy enclosed), which we sent you on January This Notice of Hold also advised when the funds would be made availablePlease be assured that all of our clients' deposited checks may be subject to these types of holds, and all proper guidelines were followed in placing the hold on your account for the deposited check.
