adjust the terms of the loan to make it affordable based on investor

I have looked this over and there isn't really any resolutionI cannot afford the payment and it looks like they are not willing to consolidateA month forbearance only is granted and them I am done? They are forcing me into default and that is not fairI am getting harassed by the cosignor and they are not willing to budge on releasing that personWhy can I not consolidate the loans that I have with SunTrust bank with SunTrust bank? They are their loans??!?! This is completely unacceptableTo force someone into default is wrongI am making every undue effort to get them paid, but the payment they are asking for is outrageousI am a single mom who is doing everything on my ownI cannot just pull money out of the air.

This is the first time that I, as a yr veteran Real Estate Broker, has ever dealt with Suntrust but my client had already been to them because he banks there, and gotten pre-approvedI must say this was THE LONGEST PROCESS I've experienced with an FHA loanWe went U/C on 5/and are finally closing - or were to close - 6/I know a lot of loans have had extended closing times due to new TRID but it was first one oversight after another coming from the Main Headquarters in VAThe loan originator was arrogant, defensive and constantly keeping my client upsetThere is a "BIG BOARD" in my office that says "THOU SHALT NOT" and Suntrust moved to the very top quicklyI must say, the only person who is understanding and seems to be there to find a way rather than all the excuses I've heard is Jason W***, Sales Mgr over the Originator and the branchBE CAREFUL if you want a mortgage Loan - of ANY KINDTHis is NOT the place to stop!!

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRejection 10/7/2016: Here is correspondence I have regarding this claim. The bank did absolutely nothing. I requested the documents that they used to decision the claim and was told they didn’t use any claims. I offered to file a police report as well and was told that I did not need to file one by Kathy B***. I also filed a detailed rebuttal like they asked. I offered to even supply proof that I was in a doctors office at the time some of the charges were made on my account and they refused to take the documentation. MsB*** did not supply any help as she kept dealing with the Fraud department who denied the original claim and then again my rebuttal. They used no real documentation to deny my claim and had no real foundation to deny my claim. I asked them to supply me with copies of the documents they used to deny my claim and they told me there was none and just sent me copies of the denial letters. They had no reason to deny my claim other than pure spite and denied my claim with no evidence. They had evidence to show that I didn’t do this and would not accept it and will not give me back my money. I have done everything they have asked and then some. I did not participate in this or have anything to do with it and they had evidence showing that I didn’t do this and yet they still denied me. Their response to the Revdex.com saying that they had no signed third party authorization form and asked the Revdex.com to close the case is another way they are trying to blatantly trying to sweep my issue under the rug in an attempt to make it go away because they know they did me wrong and are trying not to be held accountable. I have completed the form and mailed it back and have attached it in this email and have also faxed it, I did not know I needed to sign it and they didn’t tell me either, and are asking the Revdex.com to close the case. Once again more evidence they are trying to sweep this under the rug

I never received the card, it didn't even come with enough time to be shipped to my sistersIt was not shipped to my sistersI had to make my sister drive me with her year old and week old in the snow hours to the airport and hours back because I could not rent a car because I did not have my card.
I recently changed my address after I had requested this card, it is now updated with Suntrust, although I did have issues with that tooI changed it with Suntrust the day I movedI even got a letter saying that my address had been updatedBut I was getting declined for all online purchases I tried to make, also getting declined at gas pumps that ask for zip codes because Suntrust apparently didn't really actually update my addressI guess they just sent the letter for fun.

Revdex.com:Sun Trust contacted my mother, and VERY rudely told her that she signed
the papers willingly, and they did nothing wrong, however, they did close the account without charging her anything Interesting note just last week, well after the account was closed, and she received written conformation of such she received the VERY FIRST monthly statement for that account They were deliberatly not sending out statements in effort to conceal this account from her These people are TOTAL snakes, and will stop at nothing to rip off seniors
