THE ACCOUNT WAS NOT SENT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY...IT WAS SENT TO OUR COLLECTIONS TEAM TO SEND THE NOTIFICATION OUT FOR THE UNPAID BALANCE OUR COLLECTIONS TEAM HAS BEEN NOTIFIED AND IT WILL NOT APPEAR ON ANY CREDIT RATINGS

Previously, when... dealing with PSNH, when my budget billing was not sufficient enough to cover the balance, the monthly amount was adjusted by PSNH, therefore allowing the balance to be paid in a timely and efficient manner. This was not the case in the past 12 months with Eversource. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

A review of the account shows when the customer called on 05/29/15 to cancel service for 06/01/15 the customer requested the final bill to be mailed to the address of 1 [redacted] ***. The representative informed the customer on 05/29/15 the balance was 0 however a... final bill would be mailed sometime after 06/01/15. The final bill of $98.35 was mailed on 06/16/15 to the mailing address provided to Eversource on 05/29/15. On 12/28/15, the customer requested to pay the balance in full of which the payment of $98.35 is currently “pending” and will post to the account within 24-48 hours. Once the payment is posted to the account, the collection agency ( [redacted] ***.) will be notified (within 24 hours) and the customer’s credit report will be updated within 45 days to reflect as “paid”. However, once the payment has posted to the customer’s account, Eversource will send the customer a zero balance letter for her records. As of today, the customer’s mailing address has been updated to reflect the current address therefore the zero balance letter will be mailed to that address. The customer can expect to receive the letter within about 5-7 business days.

After review of the account it shows all bills were mailed to the customer's address on file and none of them were returned to the companyOnce service is disconnected for nonpayment, in order to get it restored the past due amount needs to paid and a security deposit for the next business day as Eversource does not do same day serviceThe security deposit is refunded after months of good payment history

The customer was part of the [redacted] A letter was mailed to the customer on 12/14/informing them of the meter project and provided a phone number to schedule the meter exchange The customer did not call to schedule the exchange prior The technicians knock on the door and do carry credentialsThe meter was exchanged on 1/8/ Another letter was mailed to the customer on 3/3/advising them that the meter reading schedule would be changing as a result of the [redacted] ProjectThe new meter allow more meters to be read each day which required the meter routes to be enlarged The customer is encouraged to contact Eversource at ###-###-#### to set up a payment arrangement

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 165$ was paid for the past due, never once was I notified of a massive $"security fee" and people who are on energy assist or have their whole bill taken care of with my tax money don't get this taken from themI have NEVER had this happen in the pastand the treatment is unfairI work hard and that money is to maintain the place that I live init's basically being stolen from meI had NO problem paying which was latebut to have the rest of my checking account drained because of this so called " security fee" that I had no idea about is a horrible way of businessYou stole from me and my kidsIf I lived off the state this wouldn't be a problem, this "security fee" wouldn't been taken from meI will go to a lawyer and make this much bigger if I have tooI take complete responsibility for the $but you just took every last cent in my accountI want it refunded to my bank accountI know people that work for the company that say they've seen bills outstanding to $22,because they live off the state but I owed $165? A review of the account show the customer’s service reconnection is scheduled for today (09/03/15) as an all-day appointmentUnfortunately we are unable to provide the customer with a hour window or call the customer in advance as our scheduling availability does not permit us to do so Someone over the age of must be present for the service reconnection to allow our mechanic to reconnect the service (at the meter), check for safety and relight any gas appliances that are in the homeWe apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however if no one is home to provide our mechanic the necessary access, the appointment will be cancelled and the customer will need to call to reschedule the appointment

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is not good enoughI was harassed, charged, lied to and went without heat during cold weather even though I was given an appointment for 10/ from 6-pmYou seem as though you think you are doing me a favor by discharging for the when I wasn't home and then for the 10/appointment you made without my permissionI want a meeting in corporate local headquarters or I will see you before a judgeYou wasted several of my work daysI deserve to be compensated for my timeYou disgust me [redacted] ***

All payment arrangements are based on the balance on the account and the customer's usage history Based on the customer's balance the lowest arrangement offered would be $initial payment and $per month

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I called to set up service and while I was told to contact the solar department to let them know that I had solar panels, not to set an account then, in fact the person I spoke to took my social security number and said I was all set except I would still have the solar department bc by the time I had called the department was closedPriot owner called to cancel and was told my information was in the systemYet someone came to turn her power off, but no one thought of electricity for the new tenants? By the time I am writing this my wife is informing that crew have arrived and turned in powerThis is all we wanted Sincerely, * [redacted]

The meter was read every month and was not estimatedThe meter was changed out in March to a new style of meterThe customer needs to make an arrangement to prevent disconnection

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The cost to me and my family far exceeds the security deposit and the reconnect fees Those are funds paid by me because the utility forced payment in order to reconnect electric power on a degree winter day Pain and suffering is at a minimum compensatory damage of $5, Sincerely, [redacted] ***

for one the meter that I had when I moved in on nov 5th was not a new meter it was an old one that had to read by someone coming outFrom nov to march of no one from eversource came out to read the meter so if it wasn't estimated how did eversource get a correct reading once I started questioning my bill and how much it was and also explained I have camars on the property witch I saved all tapes so I can prove not one person from eversource ever read our meterNot only that when I got shut off a women came out to actually shut the meter off now again if my meter was up to date between nov-mar 2015-then every time I was shut off between those dates they could just drive by and shut it off! When I got told from eversource to do a meter test to see what was going on I should of had all rights to test the meter and to find out why my bill was so high I didn't get that chance because when eversource came out to turn me back on a guy changed the meter out with a updated one now eversource can just drive by to get a reading, connect, and shut off from the road..you shouldn't of changed the meter out if the one I had was up to date and I should of had all rights to do the test before the meter was changed out the meter I had on therewhen I moved in it was out of date and if it wasn't eversource shouldn't of changed the meter! I have all my aces in places I am getting a lawyer I know I have case and all the proof I need to prove I was being over changed and that my bill was estimated for months I was told by eversource there selfs it was estimated witch was wrong..everything I am told by eversource its documented right well in march it should clearly show a women told me to do a test and that I had a old meter but again there won't be any documention of it because that's how eversource plays there right and the customer is wrong well this customer isn't and I have all proof to prove it I know I need to pay my bill I will once the months is knocked off because of unacturate readings then I'll start paying my bill Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

The account was disconnected on 5/9/17. The customer made payment on 6/30/17 and an order to reconnect is for Monday, July 3rd. Same day reconnects are not done for account that have been off for that long.
