Thank you for giving AmeriGas Propane, L.P("AmeriGas") an opportunity to respond again to Mr***'s complaint regarding his price per gallon and credit on his accountAmeriGas takes any complaint by its customers seriouslyTherefore, upon receipt of Mr***s's complaint, we investigated the allegations contained therein and provide the following response based on our findings.
As mentioned in our last response, District Manager, *** ***, lowered Mr***'s price per gallon to $Amerigas feels this price is fair with prices rapidly increasing and propane shortages taking effect nationwideIncreases in propane prices are due to the increased wholesale costs and the costs of transportation as we are re-directing supply across the country to ensure all customers have adequate supplySince the price adjustment was made on Mr***'s account there was a credit in the amount of$Mr*** has since issued a refund check for Mr***; please allow two (2) to three (3) weeks for delivery.
We value our customers and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused Mr***In light of the foregoing, AmeriGas reasonably believes that this matter has been resolvedIf you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact me.

I hope that this brings to Barclay's attention the issues we have with customer service. Interesting how the President's Office had no problem providing me the necessary material I requested. Staff either lacks training, proper technological resources or are not motivated. The issues with customer service have been onset from the start and continue. I cant think of a time when I ended a session with a Barclay customer service agent and was satisified
