I ran out of gas on 26 jun (Sunday).
I ordered gas online. I called again Monday to expdite. They charged my account 300 dollars. Their website said within 24 hours. No gas Tuesday. Called and texted many times Wensday. No results. Thursday talked with a supervisor named Nancey(so) and 100% Friday. 445 on Friday called again. James was the supervisor this time and was rude. Saturday 1255 no gas. These people lie and seem not to care. They tell you what you want to hear. They are worthless as tits on a bore hog. They have been trained this wAy. Sorry excuse for a company

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Once again I arrive home to find my propane tank is EMPTY. I'm on automatic refill, but AGAIN, they fail to keep up. This has happened several times. No explanation each time. Last time they charged me a special fee, because I needed a refill after hours. Not exactly my fault that THEY forgot to refill my tank. Took months to get that refunded.

VERY unreliable service.

I pics of the damage done by their truck. I kept thinking someone would be back to fix it, since the driver obviously knew he drove off the pavement and damaged the adjacent ground, but NOPE

Amerigas is a grossly negligent company with no idea of what customer service should be!
Do not use this company! Horrible customer service! All calls are taken by people outside U.S. with very hard to understand accents! Plus, it was their fault my propane ran completely out and they waited over 30 hours before refilling the tank! They are too big and too callous!
On February 22nd my house in Vermont was getting colder even though I was running the furnace. I checked the Amerigas online tank gauge and it said tank was at 57%. I then called and had my furnace service come out to fix the furnace. They came and said nothing was wrong with furnace, that I was completely out of propane!
I called Amerigas twice on the 22nd. They informed me it might take up to 48 hours to get a refill! I said that was unacceptable. I always asked to speak to a supervisor and said it was an emergency but the representatives said no supervisor was available. The Amerigas number always connected me to a call center outside the U. S. and I could hardly understand them.

I spent all day yesterday on phone trying to see when the propane would be delivered as there was a winter storm warning for the next day and I did not want my pipes to freeze. No one gave me a window for when it would be delivered.
Finally, at 6 pm they delivered the propane, over 30 hours after I called them for an emergency propane delivery! Terrible company. I am canceling service.

14 months to install a generac generator failed inspection never filled with propane but tried to charge me 1,400.00.. generator never worked sent me to a collection agency. local office phone number goes to a call center and they know nothing and don't care about anything never get in touch with me about problem time for a ceo and manager change

I have paid as I go with this company so I would like to know why I was not contacted v.i.aphone or by mail to inform me of a credit to my account I do not have the ability to track what they do in their office.I am still waiting for an explanation of why I was charged dollars for gallons of propane.That is a gallon and why it took nearly three weeks for this company to service their tanks.I had my 100# tank filled at Southern States for a gallon last week.I dont understand why I can get gallons of propane for a gallon from a and the company I have depended on to keep propane in the tanks I use to heat my house charged 3.73.To be fair with Heritage I am sure they have charges other than just the propane but since I have only the total gallons I have divided the total charge by the total fill gallons and it comes to The summer fill pricing was explained to me after Heritage/Amerigas charged me the inflated price for the propaneOne would think that a customer since would have been furnished the information required to keep the summer rate because previously I have been given the summer price after I called about not being charged the correct fill price per gallon.Heritage records will confim that.I would like to thank the Revdex.com for giving me an outlet to vent my concerns because Heritage/Amerigas certainly doesnt care enough about their customers to make a phone call or send a notice v.i.a.mail.Heritage/Amerigas can send me a check in the mail for the refund if indeed there is a refund
